We came in and was immediately asked if we needed any help from an older gentleman who listened to what we needed and took the ring and said "let me see what i can do". As he reached for the ring that was in my hand I noticed his hands were the hands of a working man's hands - they were dirty and rough and had the markings of experience about them. I knew my wife's ring was in good hands. My wife and I strolled the store for a bit and I was already wondering what was wrong with our ring and how long it will be to be shipped off to be repaired and how much it will cost. Mike, (I later asked him his name) ushered me and my wife over and handed us the ring back telling us he was all finished. "That's it???" I asked, "That's it" he stated. The ring was fixed and we did not have to wait or send it out. Mike did not take any money from us that day, but earned our business going forward.

I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. I was forced to send 10 emails to her supervisor before they finally admitted I was right. Even then, they only refunded 50% of the damage. After standing up for myself, I was retaliated against. The supervisor, Ramona Ventura, gave me only two days to vacate my booth simply because I demanded accountability. They do not care whether you succeed. They do not promote your products. Their only concern is collecting their monthly rent. Whether you sell or not, you are locked into a one-year contract and must pay. Vendors beware.

We were confronted by the rudest store clerks that we ever had the misfortune to meet. While I was shopping, my husband asked if he can use their restroom but instead of being shown some courtesy -- he was turned away with a dismissive tone "it's for vendors only." True or not, my husband appealed but was treated harshly and ignored. The two clerks on duty were just busy chitchatting at the counter.i don't think we will ever go back to this place, finalize our contract, much more trust them to take care of our business .
