The two items I ordered were received separately all shoved into cheap plastic bags. After looking at both items, I tried them on. The $99 blouse was cheaply made, with the sleeves sewn on backwards. The jeans were likely returned by another customer. I returned both items in one of the WHBM plastic bags as returns are charged $7/each. I was only able to track the USPS shipment until it was picked up by an 'agent'. Today I received partial refund via email and called CS at the 877 number. 9 customers ahead of me, so I started an on-line 'chat' with my request for the full refund amount, minus the $7 return fee. The telephone rep interrupted my on-line chat and I couldn't understand her poor English even though she claimed to be in Florida (sounded like the Philippines or another country). She finally found my order and said my full refund was in process. This is very poor customer service, plus the quality of WHBM clothing is nothing like Chico's, where I have been a customer since the 1990s. Never will I buy from WHBM again. The clothing is cheaply made for the high prices and shipped in flimsy plastic bags. Customer Service was a joke. Is this a scam or just a sham? You've lost one customer today and I'm wondering about the other 9 customers 'on hold' waiting for their complaints!
