I was forced to send 10 emails to her supervisor before they finally admitted I was right. Even then, they only refunded 50% of the damage. After standing up for myself, I was retaliated against. The supervisor, Ramona Ventura, gave me only two days to vacate my booth simply because I demanded accountability. They do not care whether you succeed. They do not promote your products. Their only concern is collecting their monthly rent. Whether you sell or not, you are locked into a one-year contract and must pay. Vendors beware.

One hour later, I returned with the outfit that did not work and bought a necklace. Since I could not find my receipt because I'm so distressed over my father's death, they would not credit my mother's credit card and gave me a gift card.
