I was told to "hang on" and was never returned to. When I asked my dad for help he was quickly told to leave the area. He also wasn't welcomed in the main waiting area, so I couldn't show him my dress on the stage like other girls were able to do. I had to show him separately. I believe the store could be more welcoming and supportive of father-daughter pairs. We just wanted to share the same special experience as everyone else. This site is way to much drama to mess with. Only a few pieces of clothes are chic in the store. The rest are boxy and way overpriced and even have a bland matronly look. You have to spend $500 first the lady in the store told me to get 5% off of the passport program discount. That's the worst discount program I ever heard of! Why $500? That's no incentive. Plus sometimes I'm just left to wander the store unhelped because a shortage of employees. Never again Chico's! Too many negatives
