I use to buy my suits from suit supply in San Diego and was referred to this location by one of the…read moresales persons at the SD location. I go here due to the suits being custom made but thats not really the case. Admittedly, i have gain weight so they usually don't have my size in store. They'll let me try on what I can and then usually tell me to order online and they'll tailor what they can. The sales persons are nice and generally say they don't have my size due to me being stocky (Euphemism for you're fat, lol). They don't mix the clothes so you order the entire suit as a whole. Meaning, if you where a 50 for the jacket, you have to get the 55 for the pants. You can't substitute to a 36/38 in pants. At least thats what this store told me. I'd say if you're smaller than that then it is a very good store. They just need to make an xl one for me, lolol. I like my suits custom so I just make an appt for Balani or Tom James. I just don't like driving through Houston traffic if you know what I mean.

The staff was more than happy to help so I came in at a non-busy time. I was even able to pickup some new pant and shirts to pair with my suit. A+!

While the first floor is packed with makeup counters, a robust shoe selection, a men's section, sunglasses and more, the second story mainly contains various women's clothing departments. Athletic, formal, semi- formal, or casual, they have a section. Not only that, but it's generally well organized and the service is A1. I've yet to try the restaurant on the second floor, but the day I do, this may end up being my Woodlands Mall, one stop shop.

As I shopped, I noticed that other customers, who were white, were immediately acknowledged when they walked in and offered assistance as they browsed. At one point, I was looking at shirts next to another male customer who was white, and the employee approached him to offer help but completely ignored me (I'm Hispanic). I lingered in the store for a while, seriously considering making a purchase, but despite my time there, neither employee offered me any assistance, while continuing to help other customers who came in. It very much felt like racial profiling, which made the experience even more disappointing.

The QR code took me to an account page for Men's Wearhouse and it asked for my password, which I don't have a password for Men's Wearhouse. It for my first and last name which I did but then it requested I enter my email for me to set up an account. I was told that I had to set up an account before a sales associate would see me. I spoke to the young man at the desk and he told me it was only for registration purposes to see who was in line. That is complete garbage. I have never walked into a business where before they will help you, they hold you hostage by requiring I provide them with your personal information when you don't want to. We all know that as soon as I put that in that's when the clock starts and I start receiving marketing emails out the kazoo. If they would've asked me to give them my email for marketing purposes, I would have been more than happy to consider that request and give them what they wanted if that's what I wanted to do. I've never been in a store that did this to you and for that reason I will not do business with Men's Wearhouse ever again. For what it's worth, I am a longtime customer of men's warehouse, now retired so I don't shop in there as much as I used to, but when I was in business, I spent tens of thousands of dollars in that buying suits over 30 years they just lost a good .
