I had ordered a shirt from her and when I got it it was completely different. I emailed her and she told me to mail it back. I did. Tracking showed it was delivered to her front porch. There were several, just kidding, TONS of emails sent to her regarding my refund. She told me she never got the shirt and I showed her the tracking said it was delivered. She said she would open a case. Waited a while, emailed again. She told me that she went ahead and refunded my money on PayPal. She LIED!!! She never did. I took it back and was told the problem was from the prior shop that rebuilt my transmission and MDP accepted no responsibility blaming it all on the prior shop. even though I had video of the part before and after MDP done the work they still blamed it on the prior shop. I ended up paying $494.00 for a new part and having them put it on. after getting home I check my transmission fluid and you guessed it, it is a little over a quart low. my first impression was I finally found a decent honest shop but it only took one simple job to prove me wrong. stay away.
