Care instructions are in this case irrelevant as I have never worn this hat and would gladly send it in for replacement if your company would cover return shipping as should have been provided in the first place. Also, I shared a review on Google very shortly after receiving the "replacement" which did not warrant a response, therefore I consider this review of your company's quality and value as valid. Completely unacceptable. I ordered a four hundred dollar hat that arrived completely misshapen and unwearable. When I called to remedy the situation, the gentleman didn't seem to believe me. He made me pay fifty dollars to ship back a defective product. Several days after it arrived, I called for a status update, and he told me that he couldn't see anything wrong, and that it was okay for a misshapen brim because the hat was handmade. Handmade American should be a mark of high quality, not an excuse for poor craftsmanship! Utterly disgraceful! Nevertheless he assured me that he would send me a proper product. Alas, what I received was the exact same hat in the exact same shape as it was! At this point I would have been better off to order a Chinese knockoff than pay four hundred and fifty dollars for a poorly made piece of junk! What a waste of money! I am very disappointed by this company pretending to manufacture high quality American made products!

I pass by Gomez Boot Ranch quite a but, since FM 2920 is a road I cannot avoid. I have to be honest and say I was intimidated by the large, "foreboding" exterior...I felt like an imposter even thinking about going inside... ...but I'm so glad I ignored my self-doubts, haha! The store has an expansive inventory of western boots, hats, belts, you name it! In all sorts of sizes and for men, women, and kids. The staff is very helpful too. I didn't get her name, but one young lady helped me figure out my hat size and go through some of the cowboy hat choices with me. I ended up going with a felt black cowboy hat that set me back $120, but out here in Texas, you know I'll be wearing it on the daily (at least when it's not raining). I'm glad I supported a local business! They also offer complimentary cleaning whenever you need it, and there is an expert in "cowboy hat bending" (I do not believe this is the proper phrase, haha) who is on-site Fridays and Saturdays to help you get your hat to a desirable shape as needed!

This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

I washed three blankets (including a comforter and a king size blanket) along with three house rugs, and I spent less than $13 total. Very reasonably priced for commercial size machines. I only drove out of my way to come here because of the great reviews, but I did not feel safe at all. There was police activity in the parking lot while I was there, several homeless individuals were approaching people, and the overall environment felt very uncomfortable. As someone who wasn't familiar with the area, I was constantly looking over my shoulder and couldn't relax while waiting for my laundry. The employees deserve 5 stars because they were wonderful, but the location itself made this a 2-star experience for me. If you decide to come here, I'd recommend going during the daytime, being aware of your surroundings, and not leaving your belongings unattended.
