We've been coming here rhe past few years and we've gotten superb first-class service and last month, with Roxana, was another stellar example of why customer care is so important to a corporation. She was very, very patient as she asked the right questions about our daily routine and found the shoes that best suited our needs. We ended up not wanting to decide between two shoes for my wife and I and went with both selections, two for each and a total of four pairs. Not too often that happens but because of Roxana's wonderful customer care, we knew she valued our business so we spent our hard-earned money with her company that day last month. The sales rep measured my feet and after a few questions to determine what I needed the shoes for the rep came up with 2 choices for the brand I was looking for Hoka The Clifton 9 and the Bondi 8 The Clifton9 is soft and pillow like feel and the Bondi 8 was a little firmer. I choose the Clifton 9 after trying both on a few times and walking around the store. These will be my work shoes as I stand and walk a lot. The rep recommended these since that is why I was buying shoes. I recommend this place as the rep was helpful and not pushy or in a hurry and answered all my questions and was super helpful. Price was not too bad either as I look as it is an investment in my foot health and comfort.

I was not rude, I just needed an explanation. I finally got it after having to wait in a very long line and for a Manager explanation. I went to buy something but changed my mind. I'll do business at a different Kohl's. Or maybe no Kohl's in future for that matter. Customer Service is key here. I didn't care for any of their attitudes.

A must have for NYEve! But the clothes selection? Yikes? They looked like a bunch of dirty rags. Honestly the selection was crap. And anything that looked decent was too pricey. So this was disappointing. I did see some All Saints but it was just a ratty old looking boring black top in xxs. The shoes had a better selection, but nothing I had to have for the price. Overall, I've never found any great clothing items, but accessories, homeware and men's dress shoes are about the only things I buy here. Buyyyyyyy bye!
