I really didn't "need" anything so I lucked out when I found a few of my "favorite things". Nest candle? Yes please! L'Occitane shower gel? Get in my basket! Some sparkly hair accessories? A must have for NYEve! But the clothes selection? Yikes? They looked like a bunch of dirty rags. Honestly the selection was crap. And anything that looked decent was too pricey. So this was disappointing. I did see some All Saints but it was just a ratty old looking boring black top in xxs. The shoes had a better selection, but nothing I had to have for the price. Overall, I've never found any great clothing items, but accessories, homeware and men's dress shoes are about the only things I buy here. Buyyyyyyy bye!

But I saw this necklace last week and came back today and couldn't find it for the life of me. And the sweetest salesperson went way out of her, as I said before, and found it. At first, I was going to let the ring stay because my doggie was having a meltdown at the sitter. The stone in the ring needed to be set. But the sweet salesperson saw I was texting back and forth with Lulu's sitter and saw Lulu having a meltdown on video. So, she told me not to worry, and she could set the stone quickly, and she did. Both pieces were such a great price, and I didn't want to pass it up. There were so many eye-catching pieces that I will surely be back! And, you know, I had no idea she made watches. I got my eye on the green face one! But let me tell you all, this is by far the cutest Kendra Scott store ever, and a pastry shop is connected to the store! Now, that's a great combination. Last week, I got the peppermint bark; it was good!

I wanted to get a different pair as it says on Kendra's website they will exchange them if they are defective. The manager was rude I wish I would have got her name. Snobby And unhelpful. She did the same thing by replacing the clasp. Never saying I'm sorry this is the 3rd time you have had to bring this earring for repair. I was not going to argue with her about not letting me exchange those earrings. I had a very nice lady named Melissa help me find a pair of stud earrings for my Birthday. You could tell she was new but nice and patient. That manager kept watching me as I was Trying to find my Birthday earrings. I think she thought I was going to steal a pair That's the way she watched me . I guess this location is Doing well cause to be treated like I was it makes you wonder how they have customers. I never raised my voice to that manager I just simply said this is my 3rd time with these earrings . I felt looked down on no One should ever have to feel like that . I'm never going to that store again to buy anything . Top it off I asked where do I call to report this and I got that non caring attitude She says customer service I guess . Wow !
