I am not a fan of negative reviews but this needs to be said... Before I start I was emailed to attend the sips and ghoul's event on 10/24 that I RSVP'd for with the promise of 20% off, sips and treats which based on that invitation it's a dead giveaway that I am a loyal Kendra Scott customer and fan of our very own Klein, TX alumni. The store was neatly organized and initially the young man in the front notified us of the sale and what was excluded but as we walked in as I was on a mission to find a piece it seems like the employee was so bothered. I came in specifically to find a piece of jewelry that my daughter requested for her birthday and obviously spend some money. I am sorry but I have pricier, higher end pieces with genuine diamonds and I still HUMBLE myself to respect everyone in the store no matter what they wear, it wasn't until we decided to go with what looked to us the youngest employee there that managed to provide us with the best service that this store can offer. The young lady was patient and assisted me in just making a bracelet for my daughter that matches her necklace, she seemed like the only soul that was happy in this location so I was more than happy with my purchase WITH HER! Once I went to the register another associate assisted us with such mid-level customer service, I couldn't wait to leave and that is when we noticed the tiny table of mini cupcakes and chocolate covered pretzel sticks no sips! This would be a every different review if I has not experienced other unfortunate, less-than satisfactory service but it seems like this is the norm here. I think I will stick to online shopping, saves me from dealing with the staff here. Perhaps City- Center would be a better choice. read more

Dropped in for a last minute bday gift for a sweet sixteen. Add recently saw a table at another location that had a 2 for seventy five dollar sale with a carioetynofnwjote. Clear and pink stones on necklaces and earrings. To buy the teenager , a set , one necklace and one pair of earrings. I'm not giving the 5 stars.Because this location decided to not have those on display.But thankfully , they did have very dedicated workers who all greeted me nicely and worked hard to find something nice within budget that was similar onntjwor BOGO Sale. The service was great, and the salesperson was just the sweetest young girl! She went way out of her to help me and another lady who saw her helping me with this piece, and she wanted it too, but she got the matching bracelet, and I got the ring to complete my ensemble. But I saw this necklace last week and came back today and couldn't find it for the life of me. And the sweetest salesperson went way out of her, as I said before, and found it. At first, I was going to let the ring stay because my doggie was having a meltdown at the sitter. The stone in the ring needed to be set. But the sweet salesperson saw I was texting back and forth with Lulu's sitter and saw Lulu having a meltdown on video. So, she told me not to worry, and she could set the stone quickly, and she did. Both pieces were such a great price, and I didn't want to pass it up. There were so many eye-catching pieces that I will surely be back! And, you know, I had no idea she made watches. I got my eye on the green face one! But let me tell you all, this is by far the cutest Kendra Scott store ever, and a pastry shop is connected to the store! Now, that's a great combination. Ok so I went in last week to exchange a gift item. What I didn't care for ... I was waiting in line and it was taking awhile when a lady just walks in and was waited on immediately. No one bothered asking me or checking in with me. I had obviously been waiting patiently for quite some time. I just wish in all fairness if you are a clerk cinch back from break or just starting work... Look around and maybe ask, ". Who was next?". Real simple. I like the location of this shop but parking is also sketchy. I parked at HEB and walked. What I did like ... The efficiency of the clerk once I was waited on. The friendliness of the staff. Rude employees who act as though they are better than the customers. When I asked for assistance, it was as if my girls and I were beneath the employees. They were less than helpful and did not want to offer any suggestions and solutions to asking about charms and different necklaces or bracelets. We were told things what it is and they walked away. If the young girls think they are too good to take care of customers properly, perhaps educating them that if there are no customers, they don't get a paycheck may be appropriate. My daughter's love Kendra Scott! We have shopped the Walnut Creek location as well as online and always had excellent customer service. That's why our latest trip to San Jose at Santana Row was so disappointing. It was my daughter's sweet 16th birthday! She came in wearing her birthday sash and was so excited! Savannah was our salesperson. She told us we could receive a birthday discount of $25 off and the heart locket came with five free stones! We told her that was too good of a deal & that we certainly couldn't pass that up! So my daughter spent time picking out the five stones and then upon time to pay she said that none of those stones were included. They were all an up charge of $10 apiece. OK I said we'll take the one she picked, but which free ones are there? We will take a few of those too. She then told me that there were no free ones. That all those were gone. Then I said well maybe we will just pick them up the next time we're in. Then she said oh no she doesn't think that one comes with any free stones after all it is the other necklace that comes with the free stones. So we chose to just get my daughter's November birthday Stone. I wasn't sure if this was Kendra Scott sales pitch like a used car salesman bait, and switch or if Savannah just didn't know her product and wasn't knowledgeable on what she was offering. Either way it was disappointing so I did call the next day and spoke with Kiana the store manager. Kiana said that Savannah was new and she needed to be trained more thoroughly on product. So make sure you're not dealing with a new employee. They probably haven't been trained Although Savannah told me how many birthday parties she's done & how she loves working the color bar! She didn't appear to be new in my opinion. Not sure how kind an employee needs to be there before they are not considered "new". I have been a longtime and regular Kendra Scott customer. Yesterday I received a pair of larger earrings as a birthday gift from my Mom. They weren't something I would wear and she made a point to include the gift receipt and said to feel free to exchange them. I went in this afternoon and found something I'd like instead and the sales associate scans the receipt and says this is a color bar item and can't be exchanged. I let her know that I had just received them as a gift and knew my Mom had been told that and had made a big deal about feel free to exchange them, so was fairly certain no one told her that either. She checked with a manager and the manager came over and said the best they could do was to take 25% off something else. I shared with her I would never be able to wear the item and they were too heavy. All she said was sorry. I left everything with them and politely said you can keep it all, but I will never shop with you again. All I got in return was a sharp okay. This is not an acceptable way to treat a good customer. I called and checked with my Mom immediately after leaving and she said they never told her that they wouldn't be exchangeable. She was so upset. Major fail Kendra Scott. I always go to this location to get my birthday discount jewelery. The salespeople are fairly nice. Every single one working the floor will ask you if you need help. Seems like a lot of employees for such a small store. I don't think we even had that much when I worked at J. Crew back then. I pick and choose my styles. Some are over the top. Bought the first pair of studs I found to be pretty and got out of there feeling very uncomfortable. Wow! What customer service I just receive from this store. I live in Austin and none of the stores here had the Ginna Opal stud earrings I longed for. One of the girls at the 38th St location told me that The Woodlands store had plenty and to give them a call. I did, and I was not disappointed! I was able to use my birthday discount and gift card over the phone (I was able to email the store a pic of my photo ID for bday confirmation)! I went with my mother on her birthday to get her some earrings and everything was going good until I got to the front desk . My mother showed her ID for her discount and she didn't congratulate her or anything .She didn't smile at us once and she kept talking to her co worker the whole time we were in front of her . Yesterday I went in to this store to get my mom a birthday present. I got a half assed hello as I walked in and then she suggested I look at the cheap discounted section in the back. First of all, everything on sale looked like some cheap jewelry from Sam Moon. Anyways, I found a necklace and I brought it to the front. Then the cashier told me that there were no more of this one in gold, in the back. So she went ahead and asked if I wanted to buy the display one? Why would I gift my mom something everyone in The Woodlands has touched? Very confusing and untrusting. So halfway through this girl trying to figure out how to string a charm I just stopped her and said I'm going to get a different necklace. Great customer service! I brought in a bracelet 05/16/18 that had broken to see if it could be repaired. They had no way to repair the bracelet but offered to REPLACE the bracelet. This location did not have one in stock but located one in Allen, TX. They shipped it directly to my home within 3 days. The shipment also included a hand written thank you note.
