Pretty big because it shares space with Home Goods. You can walk into. Either or store and be in the next store without going outside. It is right in there, and it is a little unorganized. So it can be overwhelming. Kind of one of those be weary on the weekends like you would at Costco. There is one checkout area for both store combined, with atleast 8-10 registers. read more

Lovely selection options! Although there is the back to school shopping going on already, place was kept pretty organized. I was able to find some good deals. However be careful some items might be price higher than macys or similar stores. Over all I had a good shopping therapy. read more

Love Marshall's. Much more my preference over the mall stores (though, we did have a good time walking around the mall here in Humble). This particular location was clean and organized. We were able to find out Everybody brand bodywash in an orange scent we haven't seen in our local store in AGES. This same item is $12-13 in most other stores but we got it for $7.99 here. Love checking out clearance racks here! Also got a giant bag of popcorn for $3! Still fresh and tasty. Doesn't even expire until next year! Staff were friendly at the check out. read more

I visited again to see the manager named Regina in person to thank her for finding the gift card that was misplaced last time I was there. It's always nice to shop at this store because it's always nice and clean. Most Marshalls store dressing room floors are so dirty but this location is well organized and clean. I will definitely visit here again. read more

Just came into this Marshalls to check out the new hello kitty stuff they have because I've been seeing all the new releases online. Overall my haul was great, I found more than I expected to find. However the one person that ruined my experience was one of the employees. Now I don't go to this Marshalls often, I usually go to the ones closer to the city (Houston) because that's where I live. I noticed one of the moving carts that had a bunch of boxes that were opened waiting to be put out. I decided to check them out. Now I wasn't opening boxes that the tape wasn't ripped yet, I was just check the boxes that had merchandise that were already opened. The way they had them displayed on the cart looked pretty welcoming. Sometimes I'll checkout the new merchandise carts at my local Marshall's and they have no problem with it. I've literally been told "if you go through it and find stuff to buy, the less we have to put on the shelves." Now my experience: The short haired brassy orange brown hair older 50s/60s Mexican woman was so rude with her approach to me. I understand every Marshalls isn't the same and some stores are different. I had literally grabbed two boxes that were open and put them back where I found them on the cart and she came up to me all rude saying "MAAM NO! Uh huh you better not be touching those boxes!" Whilst shaking her head at me like I had just committed the most heinous crime. She was so rude, I was in disbelief. Her tone said everything. I understand if that's not okay at their store but the way she came up to me scolding me was so off putting. She could've came up to me nice without attitude but instead attacked me. And then decided to gossip to her other older coworker while flashing me a dirty look. I'll still go to this Marshalls because they have a good selection, but if this woman ever does it again.. I will definitely be talking to a higher up. read more

I had visited this location around may/june and walked in and out. I felt like there wasn't much merchandise and or what was there was overpriced. BUT, I walked in recently and was surprised at 1) the variety of items 2) the amount of cashiers working 3) THE ORGANIZATION!!!! whatever has transpired in the recent months, keep doing it. can't wait to shop during the holidays! read more

It's almost embarrassing every time I go into this Marshall's because guaranteed, at least one piece of clothing on my body is from here. This Marshall's rocks. I usually go during the week, when it's nice and quiet. And if you like to frequent places like TJ Maxx, Ross, et al, I advise you to do the same. Much less crowded, shorter lines. Anyway, the selection is pretty plentiful. At this location, I've found several high-end brands, including Seven jeans, Ralph Lauren and DKNY. My most recent find involved a $20 pair of Lucky jeans. It's hard not to buy anything here. The best time to go is when they have their end-of-season clearance sale. That's when the prices hit ROCK BOTTOM. I'm talking $5 shirts, $10 pants. And if you go at the right time, you'll find the best designers in your size. read more

It's completely unorganized, you might take hours sifting through things to make sense of it all, when you may find a good item in the sale isle when you get to the counter after approximately 35 minutes of waiting , you will be criticized for asking why it's not on sale . read more

This location is always clean and stocked with great trendy merchandise. I got a swimsuit for $30, and I am familiar with this expensive brand from Dillards. There can be a very long checkout line. The colors and decor were right on trend with other stores currently. There are polo brand shirts from infant to Big and Tall. Don't look at the shoes unless you plan on buying some. They will drag you in to their variety and colors and reasonable prices! read more

This place had great deals, but suffers from a serious lack of upkeep. This place is the epitome of disheveled. I understand that bargain hunting comes along with a certain degree of dealing with mess and crowds.... But this place always looks like a tornado swept through two minutes ago. To their credit, the employees I've encountered are very nice and friendly, especially the cashiers. I can't fault them for the sloppy customers they have. A s I was waiting in line to check out, this lady literally climbed and squeezed through the metal shelving to cut into the front of the line. She knocked an end cap of printed notecards and writing accessories all over the floor and it didn't faze her at all. She just cut to the front with her armful of clothes. No one around me said anything or budged to pick up the mess. Unless I'm feeling very optimistic, I'll probably stay away from this location. It just isn't a pleasant enough environment to shop in, no matter the deals. read more

There were 5 employees up front behind the registers and only one seemed to be working. Two of them were talking, one was hanging up clothes, and the other was messing with the cash register. Such poor customer service. You don't keep the customer waiting so you can finish your tasks. Do that in your down time when there isn't a line of people waiting to check out! And to make things worse, the employee who helped me didn't greet me, didn't smile, and didn't say thank you or good bye. That's customer service 101. Lame. read more
