I came yesterday and got a box of Pokémon cards that had a rollback price on it and it did ring up the right price. Yesterday they fix it. Came back today to but it again and the would not fix the price. I drove all the way over here to get told no they will not sell it to me for the price on it. I have got this same yellow box at other Walmart last for the roll back price on the box. Some of the Walmarts it even came up at 7.50. If your sticker is on the back and says a price and you don't sell it at that you should lose your job. Racist Walmart greeter. I arrived with a plus one around 10pm yesterday(3/12/20) and we were both wearing masks to be extra careful with the virus situation. Upon arrival the greeter, who was a skinny man with long hair and makeup (foundation, eyeliner and lipstick) tried to lie and tell us the store was closed, despite several people still actively shopping (we also saw online it closes at midnight). We told him we were just there to return some things, to which he tried to change the story and say returns was closed. We then said we would look around to buy some things and went past him. After being unable to find anything we wanted, we were going to go to the restroom and passed by the returns section. The returns weren't closed at all and there was a small line of people exchanging their receipts. We returned our stuff and walked out the same way we came, where the greeter was of course letting lots of people in without telling them anything was closed. My plus one didn't want to make a scene and confront him, so we only made brief eye contact before leaving. I wish I had taken pictures and gotten his name to report him. Fuck him. read more

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! Yesterday morning I went to customer service for a refund. There was four people just standing not doing anything. A Hispanic guy and 3 black women who were standing behind the registers. I walked up and no one greeted me or looked my way. I stood around for awhile no one acknowledged me, so any ways I just walked up to one of the women who was standing there behind the register. She still didn't greet me or asked me how can I help you? I told her I was there for a refund and gave her the item the only thing she asked is "If I had a receipt?" What can I say? It's a Walmart. You know what you are getting into when it comes to shopping at Walmart. When I need something on the cheap, I go to Walmart. I do not set my expectations very high and so I am never disappointed. Personally, I'm team Target all the way. I don't have a problem with the store itself. It seems to always have what I need at a price I'm willing to pay. I'm pretty self sufficient and so I never need to rely on the staff. I'm thankful for the self checkout lines as I never have to wait very long to pay for my items and get the heck out of dodge and go on about my business. This store is just average, for a Walmart in Houston that is. It has plenty of children running around, super long check out lines and low prices. Unfortunately, its one of the better stores in the area! Even better than the ones in Kingwood (for groceries). It's just okay. Sometimes, they don't have the most common items like pineapples or green onions, though, which is not acceptable. Here's a few details on the store: 1. Parking is very very bad. 2. The lines are ALWAYS SUPER LONG. 3. There is a 24/7 Woodforest Bank here, which is great. 4. It's pretty much a clean store. 5. The clothing selection is horrible. They don't have your typical "Walmart clothes". There are some hideous "Mama's Family" dresses and blouses here. They don't have your typical white button downs or character t-shirts here for some reason. Sucks. read more

It's Wal-Mart. They carry most grocery items I need, and I love that I can grab my toiletries and basic groceries in one go. It's also only five minutes from my house. That being said, I don't feel incredibly safe coming here by myself. I tend to avoid this place at night if I don't have a guy or several friends with me. In a completely not conceited way, I've also been hit on a few times while shopping here and the guys followed me around the store! Not Walmart's fault but young women should definitely be aware of their surroundings while here and try to avoid late-night visits alone. read more

Horrible customer service reps. Just left here after trying to return a seasonal item unopened and accompanied with a receipt. The sales reps was extremely rude and without a smile. She informed me seasonal items were not returnable. Strange seeing as how there is no signage posted anywhere in the store warning you of this. I was able to make returns at the target down the street without incident. Contacted corporate in regards to this incident. Definitely will think twice about purchasing from here seeing as how the target down the street is much more reasonable and their personnel much more personable and willing to help. read more

Huge dents, cracked edges, missing panels, and the wires were exposed at the bottom. The item definitely wasn't brand new as advertised online. Attempted to return the product at the store above, and waited an hour due to employees goofing off and on their cellphones. Finally got to the register, and the representative told us that we couldn't get a refund, and it had to be a gift card. Asked for the manager, and she didn't even bother looking into the situation. She (yaya) repeated verbatim what the representative had said, and was nasty, rude, and confrontational. I asked for her name and she stated all she would give me was Yaya, and we were free to report her because nobody would look into it. I told her fine, I would take a picture (http://i.imgur.com/gc3VmC1.jpg) so they knew exactly who she was, and she laughed it off saying that really, nobody cares while she and the other employees with her continued making snide and rude comments while chuckling it up. She told us either we take the gift card or the item, so we took the item back. We are now stuck with a beat up old mini-fridge and a bad taste in our mouths after our encounter. Completely rude, unprofessional, lazy, and ignorant people working there. I will never shop at this store ever again, and definitely will not be using the online store for future purchases. It's bad enough to receive a beat-up used product that we paid full price for. What's worse is being treated like crap for trying to get our money back even though the fault is on your company. This is my main Wal-Mart location. The staff here are always nice and polite. There has never been a time that I have came in here looking for something and left disappointed. There are a few minor issues that took that last store, such as cleanliness in some areas and the very few staff that do not care about their jobs but overall the store is ran really well. read more

I came to this automotive center at 2:45 for an oil change and a plug for one of my tires. My spare was low so I asked them to look at that as well! Needless to say it is now 5:16PM AND I AM STILL IN THIS PLACE WAITING! The staff is rude and when a lady came in and cursed them out she got immediate results! My husband and I tried returning some unopened orange juices and cranberry juices, (non perishable items), that were bought a little over 30 days ago for our wedding cocktail mixers. I tried calling customer service at this location to ask if they could be returned but NO ONE answered. I tried calling more than once and each time I was transferred to customer service it just kept ringing and ringing until my call bounced back to the main switchboard. I went online and it clearly states that non perishable food items have up to 90 days to be returned. I had about 30 64oz bottles to return. As soon as we walked up to the customer service counter we received a non welcoming look. Both employees took one look at our cart and rolled their eyes. One employee said that since it had been over 30 days they couldn't accept our return. My husband even showed them what their website states, that non perishable items have up to 90 days to be returned, but they told us to ask a manager. Once we did, she also told us that she wouldn't accept our return. Well we decided to try another Walmart, the Neighborhood Walmart off of Will Clayton and Timber Forest. The things that aggravates me most is that you pass a horde of 'managers' with clipboards in tow and not one of the 8 standing together acknowledges you. Not even so much as a smile. Sorry guys and gals, but with out me being in your store spending my money, you wouldn't have the opportunity to hold the clipboard. Great value however, if you value your time, the $20 in savings doesn't seem so great when you spend 30 minutes in line. Came to Walmart automotive to get a new tire at 3 . They were pretty busy, so they said it would be ready in two hours. I came back at 5:30 and they said they needed another half hour. I come back at 6 and they still have not even started working on the car. I finally drive away at 7, with my 1 year old baby in the backseat, and the brand new tire blows out on the freeway!
