Very good service. An employee named Landon brought my groceries and was very nice to me. I had a great experience here.

The lady in customer service needs to not work with the public AT ALL!! It was the worst service I believe i have ever had. She acted like it irritated her to even wait on me. She looked at me very mean when she looked up at all. I tried to call the manager, Randy, but no one answers the phone ever at this store so I gave up. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with this horrible person. Never again. This is the Walmart Supercenter in Atascocita Texas. read more

Auto center should be avoided at all cost. The oil filter was put in wrong and the wrong plug that meant costly repair's.

Use to love shopping here. Ordered something and they cancel my order. Now an order is delayed.

Customer service was absolutely awful!!!! Stood in the cosmetics section waiting for someone to come unlock the glass doors, pressed the button about 10 times and nobody once came! asked 4 people for help and they all said no and didn't even try and then got told to go to customer service and it was closed. finally after about 15 minutes of waiting someone i had already asked for help that told me no decided to come help and was rude about it. and then got told we couldn't go outside to get pool salt? yet the doors were open! the aisles are like a maze to get to anywhere you need to be. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! read more

this review is in regards to the pharmacy (rx). i visited this location yesterday 06.11.24, to pickup my rx from the pharmacy, i must say it was very busy, i guess its that time of season for rx refills etc. i was waiting for some time for there were three other customers at the counter getting their rxs and consultations. the main doctor, im assuming thats who he was, being that he was the only one wearing a white coat, and everyone else was in scrubs only, he looked up and saw how busy it was and how long the line was becoming, and so he quickly stopped what he was doing and walked up to an available open register, and asked who was next that he could help, and that was myself. after he asked my information, he quickly found my rxs and rang me up on the register then consulted me with the rxs, take with food, one rx in the morning the other at night. very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. thank you, will have my rxs sent here from now on, rather than other places. as far as the main walmart, i wish they would change their hours back to 24 hours, i really enjoyed shopping late late at night or very very early in the morning, when no one is there shopping, so i can shop in peace, and not have to worry bout the everyday hustle and bustle shopping that occurs during limited day and evening hours. read more

I love Walmart! My go-to when I'm in a rush and don't have time, nor patience to shop at multiple stores. Here, I can get groceries, must-haves for the home, toiletries and beauty items. Of course, it gets crowded here at times but it's not bad at all. Tip: Weekdays before noon are the best time to shop here. New stock is delivered AND you beat rush hour. Have fun shopping! read more

I received a new riding lawnmower on 7/10/2025. After operating for about 15 min., the engine started leaking oil...a lot. Walmart has an advertised 90 day free return policy and it is still on their web page. on 7/11, I requested and received a return bar code with instructions to return to any store and get full refund. I loaded up the large mower on my trailer and took it to the Atascocita store for my refund, as instructed. I went to customer service and presented my bar code and requested my refund. Mr. Sofi, the manager, REFUSED to honor the authorized return. He says the mower was too large and the bar code return was worthless. The store manager confirmed. I returned home and called customer service. unable to talk to actual person. the recording told me that W/M WILL NOT HONOR the return window...because it is a mower. I was tricked into spending $2448.46. The reason I purchased at w/m was because of their written promised to HONOR returns. In short, they told me to get lost. My only hope now is that Troy-Bilt will honor their warranty. read more

I will NEVER order groceries for delivery from Walmart again!! I had an order of over $200 with tip to be delivered between 1 & 3 PM today (01/23) to prepared for freeze. First they told me the delivery would be late (with no communication from shopper about my items). Then I got a text saying my groceries were delivered with a picture of them at the front door. Problem: it wasn't my door or my address. I spent a couple of hours trying to get a live voice on the phone as the automated service was no help. No answer at online extension...no answer at operator....no answer at customer service or Human Resources! I finally got an answer at the 1-800 number. They couldn't reorder for delivery and a refund will take 7-10 days which is of NO help to me as now I can't afford to buy again right now and I have no groceries ahead of the freeze! If the rating is 0-5 stars I give it a -00000! Walmart just lost a good grocery customer!!! read more

The store is OK. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. I dropped my car off and it took four hours to have an oil change done. There were only three people in front of me. This is ridiculous, when I got the car back there was oil dripping off of the bottom, where they did not even clean it off after the oil change. read more

Customer service is non-existent. Needed one can of spray paint. Unfortunately, it was in a locked glass case (although two of the other cases were open??). Anyway, pushed the customer assistance button at 1:51 pm. Nobody showed up. Pushed it again at 1:59 pm. Nobody showed up. Called the store and spoke to the operator at 2:07 and told her I was at the paint counter waiting on assistance. Nobody showed up. It is now 2:14 and still nobody here to help. I have also spoken to two associates that walked by and neither could help. This store is so poorly run and managed it is unbelievable. read more

I guess you can say that Walmart is starting to grow on me! I came here during the week of Christmas (4 days before) just after noon to find some gifts for my nieces. I had already ordered online a few weeks ago and found out last week that two of the items I ordered were not big enough for the kids. I returned the items to another store Saturday, but I wanted to make one last attempt to find something for them to open on Christmas Day. The parking lot wasn't extremely packed, but I decided to park on the Christmas Décor side (Plants and Gardens) to avoid too much traffic. I was greeted when I entered and went straight to the toy section thanks to the signage. Like me, there were several patrons looking for the right toys for their loved ones. Some shelves were sparse and empty, but there was still a pretty good selection of items overall. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but it was good enough to play with for a few days for the money. Since I didn't have but three items, the express lanes were my oyster! I waited less than five minutes to get checked out and was gone--gone so fast I left a bag! As I was rushing to get to the bathroom, the cashier screamed "MAAM, MAAAAAAM!" really loud and got my attention to get my bags. I would have discovered my misfortune when I left the store to place the bags in my trunk, but I much preferred to hear the lady scream at me in a crowd than to walk back into WalMart during the Christmas season. With a few close fender benders with reckless shoppers trying to rush out of the store, I didn't leave with a headache after my visit, but don't think I'm converting to being a WallyWorld Woman in the near future. This just gives me another option in a pinch. read more

Horrible management. Whoever the night manager is for stocking yall need to get rid of them asap. Treated my mother in law Sammy Moyer like a piece of trash. Basically forced her to quit. I guess that's the Walmart way. Treat employees like crap so they quit and keep everyone at a low pay. Chris in the car center is one of the hardest working fellas I've seen. He deserves way better pay, I told him to quit asap due to hearing what he was paid. Boy has been there 7 years and makes 17 bucks an hour. I will personally help Chris get the hell out of that place. I'm working on it. Unacceptable Walmart. The young black man in the car center disappeared for over an hour 2 times while I was getting tires swapped out. 3 hours to change 4 tires. Unacceptable once again Walmart. Wow! Drop near $500 on tires and get rude slow service at the counter?! Its not busy on this Sunday morning at 8am so there is no excuse for it lady!! While my husband completed his time with her I went for 2 items. She told me to wait at the "far" counter. And wait I did. When she was ready to ring up these 2 things then she told me to come to the closer register!? So seems she just wanted space or to be rude for rude's sake? $500 to Wally World. I will NEVER come back to this Wal-Mart ever. I thought this was a much nicer Wal-Mart than the humble or Porter location but i have never dealt with rude staff as a had today. The staff is very helpful but I find it odd that for an item I purchased it was cheaper online than in the store and the store doesn't price match..ITS OWN COMPANIES PRICE!! I'll admit that I've never been much of a Walmart shopper, but I had no choice but to purchase something there due to the fact that every other store had sold out. I opted to do store pickup because of Covid. From start to finish (me pulling into a designated pickup spot, to someone bringing me my order), it took a little under 30 minutes. YES-you read that right! 30 minutes to pick up 2 items! What's crazy is that I then went directly to Target to do a drive up pickup for a couple orders I had placed there as well. They had my stuff in my car in ONE MINUTE flat. Walmart-you've got some kinks to work out of your store pickup procedure because a 30 minute wait time is unacceptable. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon. This helps me to understand why I'm a Target girl through and through! read more

I called electronics at 11:30am yesterday just for whatever employee to pick up the phone then slam it back down on the reciever very hard effectively ending the call before it even started. This is a terrible place for service. I came in the automotive to get a new battery. The employee told me i have to bring the battery inside the store. Yesterday I went to this Walmart, which I go to nearly on a daily basis & I had the most embarrassing and heartbreaking experience of my life. I went through self check out with nearly $400 worth of items, I got to the end of my purchase only to have a rude employee named KATHY tell me that I did not ring up all of my items or the "machine" didn't. She was very rude. Because I know I'm not a thief, and because I heard every beep of the machine and saw EVERY item register, I knew this was a LIE so BEFORE she canceled my transaction and paraded me embarrassingly across the front of the store with all of my already bagged items like a thief, I wrote down the total. After enduring all of my items being re-rang up on the other side of the store the total was EXACTLY the same down to the penny! I was so hurt, embarrassed and violated that I nearly cried. To see people shaking their head as they starred & snickered was excruciating. I sought out management to complain only to find that they were completely nonchalant and even seemingly justified the scrutiny that I received for absolutely no reason. As a person who has spent thousands of dollars with Walmart & Sam's club I am appalled. It is time for a stand to be taken. The poor & all too common sub par performance of these employees in these stores need to stop! The discrimination & persecution needs to stop! That treating your customers like we are all thieves inspecting our receipts & items as you guard the doorway better than some prisons while using our money to keep your business afloat and pay these employees same employees who treat us like a burden needs to stop! You may not care Walmart but you lost a customer last night! Don't thank me, thank Kathy.. read more

I try to give the tire and lube center so many chances but have given up on my last visit for a rotation. Be prepared to do some heavy shopping because the mechanics here are extremely slow. I feel like every time I glance at them, they're messing off and not even working on the cars. An oil change or rotation should not take an hour with only 1 car ahead of me. Not to mention, my last oil change went south. They left my car dripping oil. And surprise! They barely tightened the oil filter. Last but not least, an older lady who works behind the register in automotive will let the phone ring at least 10 times before answering. Will be my last visit. read more

Unprofessional! Cashier working on #12, I think her name was Jennifer, was very rude! They had containers going for $1.50 on the app and claimed she couldn't honor it due to a different color lid. Literally THE COLOR OF THE LID. We asked if she could get the manager which she then rolled her eyes and walked over to the service center and not even a few seconds later came back and was like yeah no. I'll stick going to Target from now on. Much more hospitable and actually match the prices that are shown on the app and competitors price. Lesson learned. read more

I got here quite a bit and I think it's ok for a Walmart. They have groceries too. Staff a bit clueless but I've only had an issue once. So many times when I've gone to check out the prices marked on the shelf are much less than what they ring up. This is so dishonest! Probably very few people actually realize this even. The difference is as much as $.25 per item and that adds up! Frustrating. read more

Walmart - you need something and they most likely have it! I shop here for most of my groceries because of the prices and availability. The associates are friendly! There is a great amount of clothing selections for men, women, and children. Tons of regular house hold items. Was not able to find the grass bags for mowing the lawn. But they have a GREAT selection of kitchenware and accessories! Love that Pioneer Woman! They have a vision center, bank, a reliant energy center, and hair salon. I ordered a part for my wife's bicycle online and told that they didn't have it at my go-to Walmart (Porter, TX) so I had to go to Atascocita and get it. It's amazing how service can be so different in two different stores that are only ten miles apart. The girl that waited on me in the "pickup" area in the front had a hard time finding the back area where you pick up stuff that never made it to the front. I ordered on a Saturday, told it would be ready on a Sunday, went on a Monday, and it still wasn't upfront? I watched her slowly go to the back but only after she got on her phone first. Twenty - thirty minutes later I went to look for her or better yet I went to the lay-a-way area to pick my own item. Meanwhile, a man came up to my wife and asked her what she was waiting on and found out the girl who was pretending to help us had gone to lunch. This guy was nice and got our item and we left. If you deal with Amazon you don't have to deal with people with low IQs and attitudes .. you can deal with a machine and to me that's preferable. read more
