Unfortunately, the quality of the service I received did not meet the expectations 1 would have from a professional alterations business. I entrusted my garments to your team, and anticipated a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that Just Alterations is apparently known for based off of previous google reviews. However, upon receiving my items, I noticed several issues that were not addressed adequately. All 3 pair of shorts I brought in to have hemmed; 1) All have crooked and uneven seam lines 2) 2 are misaligned leaving 1 leg opening wider than the other 3) 1 has the seam coming undone (and I only tried on, did not wear) 4) All have what I am hoping are fabric pencil marks that will come out, and not marks left from an iron or steamer. All issues I noticed, and pointed out upon picking up. To my surprise and further disappointment, I still had to pay..... full price! With no discount as if this is an acceptable result for this business. In 40 years, and many many alterations from previous places, I have never seen such poor work, and even worse customer service.
