I've come back to this store maybe once a month for the past two years ever since. They carry a wide selection of clothing from casual t-shirts and sweaters to fancier dresses and blouses. Recently, they've been carrying a collection of screen printed t-shirts with the Houston skyline on them which is the perfect gift for a resident/native Houstonian. Late last year, during football season, they were even selling college football themed shirts. They also host a variety of decorative signs for the home. I've purchased several of these for myself and as gifts for friends. Their jewelry collection fluctuates between seasons; sometimes they'll have a lot of options, sometimes they won't. As for shoes, there are probably a dozen different pairs sold each season. All in all, a perfect place to stop by and waste an hour especially if you are dining in Kings Harbor.

Long story short, there was one on hold for a friend of the staff and she sold it to us anyway as she said her friend would understand & she didn't want my daughter to miss out on it. What she didn't know was the significance behind this yellow item. You will never know how much you 'LIT' up my daughters day with what may have seemed like a small gesture. They absolutely DO NOT give/send you a receipt on accepted merchandise, and I requested it twice. The young girl at the front desk has no clue about how to do things and keeps doing that little girl talk "my sister told me" and "my sister said ". She will lie to you about sending the receipt "in a few minutes" and doesn't know how to apologize. Receiving payment from them would be a disaster. BTW the shop is a total mess.

Instead, this location was clean and if I needed help, even for basic directions to a specific department, help was available. I was in a LONG line with 2 open registers 1 girl was racking them up fast the other decided to put up hangers, take a break, and fold clothes in her area while we waited and watched ------ I see this a lot at ROSS, as if your managers don't care! I've seen several customers leave and leave their baskets full.. You pay $11/hr time to go up some an hour and expect more. You need a lane for people 3 items OR LESS -- I experience this at almost every ROSS BUT Baybrook management there must care
