1 Star Absolutely unacceptable behavior -- avoid this place…read more My wife and I were walking past Tranquility Spa in the mall on our way to Dick's Sporting Goods when an employee tried to lure us in for a massage. I jokingly asked, "Is it free?"--a harmless comment. What happened next was shocking. An older, bald Asian gentleman who works there shoed me away and aggressively said, "F* you, nothing is free."** I calmly approached him to address how rude and unprofessional that was, but instead of apologizing, he got in my face and physically shoved me multiple times. I pushed him back to defend myself. He then took off his jacket and tried to escalate it into a full-blown fight. Another employee joined in as they both shouted and attempted to intimidate us. My wife and I walked away, trying to enjoy the rest of our shopping, but even after we left, they followed us, shouting and recording us on their phones. The situation got so out of hand that mall security and local police had to get involved. The responding officer informed us that this spa has a history of aggressive behavior and constantly moves from mall to mall due to incidents like this. This is not how customers should be treated. For a place called "Tranquility Spa," their behavior was anything but tranquil. I strongly advise avoiding this business for your own safety.

You don't even realize that I would do this regularly if I felt good about the services each time. Not sure I will be back.

Whomever did the interior design deserves a metal because I just love everything about it. And if you're coming here to get your eyebrows threaded have no fear they're in good hands. However what I want to brag about is their hair skills. I like to change the color of my hair like every season and I just love how the technicians (there are only two) really listen to what you want and are willing to mix colors and create just the one that you want. They also will mix in undertones so your hair doesn't fade into that ugly copper/yellow after a few washes. Long story short they LISTEN!! Be it cut or color they really take to heart what you want and do it. Go there! I promise that your hair will thank you.

This place is always cool, clean, & collected. My kind of spot. I feel special every time I step foot into the building. Genuinely great customer service & work. They're the best.

Transformed from The Thing - Rigidity to Fluidity: I called…read moreand was given an immediate appointment. I decided it was time for me to get a massage since I was feeling worse than bad. I was fighting an infection, my head would not stop throbbing, my neck was stiff, and my right arm to my shoulder blade radiated pain. It was so bad that it hurt to grasp. I walked into this clean, calm, and pleasant-smelling place and was greeted by a male who asked where in my shoulder I hurt. He placed his thumb right at a pressure point that generated so much pain, and then agreed that I should undergo deep tissue massage for 90 mins. I knew I would be walking out reset. I as escorted to a room, and given instructions to prepare for the massage. I complied and a few minutes later a lady came in and began her evaluation. She immediately went to work on my right side. She was methodical, diligent, and asked if her pressure was manageable. I personally can handle deep tissue and more intense pressure, so I was agreeable with her massage pressure. When there were moments that it hurt, she would ease up and then gradually add more pressure to get the "knots" worked out. 90 minutes of this woman working through all my right muscles! I was so rigid, it must have been like massaging pavement. When I walked out I was sore but feeling better. It took me a while to recover from this intense massage, but I am feeling so much better! This was exactly what my body needed to heal fully. I highly recommend this facility! This is one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. I will be incorporating this into my lifestyle so that I don't wait as long to get back to normal. I will also say that the woman massaging me had genuine approach to wanting me get better and taking away the stiffness she was working out. Only one thing that this place can do to improve, have the room warmer. It was a little cool in there. Thank you Elite for taking my last minute appointment and taking care of me.
