Transformed from The Thing - Rigidity to Fluidity: I called and was given an immediate appointment. I decided it was time for me to get a massage since I was feeling worse than bad. I was fighting an infection, my head would not stop throbbing, my neck was stiff, and my right arm to my shoulder blade radiated pain. It was so bad that it hurt to grasp. I walked into this clean, calm, and pleasant-smelling place and was greeted by a male who asked where in my shoulder I hurt. He placed his thumb right at a pressure point that generated so much pain, and then agreed that I should undergo deep tissue massage for 90 mins. I knew I would be walking out reset. I as escorted to a room, and given instructions to prepare for the massage. I complied and a few minutes later a lady came in and began her evaluation. She immediately went to work on my right side. She was methodical, diligent, and asked if her pressure was manageable. I personally can handle deep tissue and more intense pressure, so I was agreeable with her massage pressure. When there were moments that it hurt, she would ease up and then gradually add more pressure to get the "knots" worked out. 90 minutes of this woman working through all my right muscles! I was so rigid, it must have been like massaging pavement. When I walked out I was sore but feeling better. It took me a while to recover from this intense massage, but I am feeling so much better! This was exactly what my body needed to heal fully. I highly recommend this facility! This is one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. I will be incorporating this into my lifestyle so that I don't wait as long to get back to normal. I will also say that the woman massaging me had genuine approach to wanting me get better and taking away the stiffness she was working out. Only one thing that this place can do to improve, have the room warmer. It was a little cool in there. Thank you Elite for taking my last minute appointment and taking care of me. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and everyone was kind. Definitely looking forward to going back when I can afford it.

I will definitely return. It was clean inside and the staff were friendly. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage which was extremely helpful in getting to some of my problem areas. Two things that I would suggest improvement upon are: -having a heater for the oils /lotions. It can be a bit startling when cold products are slathered onto you while your blood is already rushing due to the massage therapies. -Also,maybe putting another sheet or blanket on the beds,as it got really cold about halfway through the massage. read more

Very clean and wonderful staff. Booked a Swedish massage and it was wonderful. I'll be returning to have a deep tissue massage.

Same day appointment for a 30 minute chair massage for my lady and 1. The gentlemen focused on shoulders and neck as requested and did a great job. I did feel better after the massage and will be back for a return visit as soon as I need another one. read more

Friendly staff and incredible deep tissue was the best ever! Much needed...looking forward till next time

Love this place!! Excellent deep tissue massages! Friendly and professional staff! I would give this place a try.

I walked in at 1315 on a rainy Monday with no appointment. The "basic" reflexology was anything but basic. Great value for the price, kind and professional massage by Lucy. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. read more

I couldn't be happier with the massage I received from elite! I was running short on time and they were able to pencil me in last minute for a 30 minute massage, my only regret is I didn't have time to get a full hour massage. Lisa was so great, I came back today to get another massage! read more

I just had the best massage I've ever had in my life and I've been getting them consistently since my mid twenties. They are amazing. I injured my left rotator cuff about 6 weeks ago. I'm waiting for my Physical Therapy assessment but that's two weeks away. I thought I give them a shot since I haven't been able to move my arm and it just hurts so dang bad. In just one session I had complete movement back in my arm. They are even great for walk-ins! read more

Great place for massage! I myself and husband been their numerous of times. I suggest you try it!

Needed a massage and they had an opening. Best decision to give them a try. Deep tissue massage was amazing!

I went to get an massage at this place and it was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the staff was very friendly. I'll be back again.

Worst massage I've EVER had. I asked for a reflexology massage and instead received a lazily, horribly done face and arm massage. I was so confused bc I had booked it as a reflexology massage AND confirmed this in person. I even stopped mid session to reiterate this and the guy said, "reflexology? Okay!" As if he had no idea... then proceeded to massage my FACE AND ARMS FOR ANOTHER 30 mins. He only massaged my feet for a few minutes, and even then it was barely a massage as he mostly just rubbed my knees. HORRIBLE. I even told reception about this and they didn't offer me any sort of compensation or even apologize. Then I asked for a receipt with a breakdown of the services and they couldn't deliver (VERY SUSPICIOUS) and then told me I had to tip right then and there. One, TIP is not required, two, I just COMPLAINED about my horrible experience and you're going to try to pressure me to tip? So extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. After this, they went silent and the lady who massaged me after the "reflexology" was standing there, eyeing me, watching my every way to try to get me to feel uncomfortable and under pressure. DO NOT GO HERE read more

My to go place weekly for reflexology massage. This has become my therapy. Stopped going to therapy with counselors and started this place and best stress and mental break. Love the service. Love this place!! read more

Ive been here three times now and I love it! I'm always asked where my trouble areas are so they can recommend a treatment. I always end up getting one of the combo specials (table/chair). I've had the worst tension for a while. I feel amazing when I leave. I'm so relaxed afterwards that it's hard to head home and no go to bed! Check this place out now!! read more

Ok massage nothing great. There was a clear language barrier. I'm pregnant and the masseuse kept telling me to lay on my stomach to which I cannot. I also asked for a female and they gave me a male and didn't seem to understand when I requested different. It's close to home so it's convenient but will probably makes the drive into the city for one next time. Decent prices but not all I had hoped for at all. read more

The employees at Elite Reflexology are very friendly. I had back problem and they gave me a deep tissue massage. It really helped. Will definitely recommend this store. read more

I'm in a rush but wanted to give a review while the experience was fresh on my mind. Found this place on yelp got an appointment last minute. Got an amazing message by Lidi. She was so gentle yet effective and so kindly whispered 'this feel ok'... when needed. Like seriously it felt getting a massage from my grandma or somebody who really friggin cared and actually loved what they were doing. Hands down BEST message EVER!! Also the entire staff was nice, not just fake nice for business. They are all genuinely kind people, you can feel the difference! I'm coming back again and again!! read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I've gone to plenty massage parlors everywhere in Houston including bellaire area but no one beats this place ... this place is very nice very well kept and extra clean. I can almost say upscale. The customer service is also great not rude at all like other places and they didn't cheat me any minutes out of my hour. I went in for an hour reflexology with ms Lisa she was so amazing.. made me feel comfortable and made sure I was feeling okay the whole time (I'm 9 months pregnant)... she did 30 min on my feet and the other 30 on my upper body, arms, shoulders, head, neck .. very relaxing atmosphere very quiet very professional. I will definitely be going back ! read more

I am going to have to give a 2 star-due to better Covid guidelines not implemented. Less than 6 feet away from another client and another masseuse. I do not believe the bedding(towels) were replaced after each client. It's in walking distance for me, but this will also make me rethink getting another foot massage. Not willing to the risk. read more

Made an appointment on Friday 11/12 for a Saturday 11/13 morning signature reflexology massage for 2. We arrived Saturday morning and were taken to the chairs immediately, where we received our best hour long massage ever. It was a full body massage, including a warm foot soak while they are massaging upper body, head, face and hands... then a good 30+ minutes of foot massage, including hot stones. We left feeling very relaxed, and would definitely return. read more

Seriously, the best reflexology that I have experienced. I called and was able to get an appt for 8 pm. I walked in with shoulder and neck pain and left feeling so much better. I regret not remembering the gentleman's name, because he hit all of the pressure points and worked hard the entire hour. I am so happy that I ran across this place. Prices and serviced are great. read more
