Good place, but a little pricey. Not the type of spa experience that I expected based on price points.

In my head hand and…read morestones will never be 5 stars again but they redeemed a lot of points by fixing the situation that brought them down to 1 star. However the difficulty in which to leave your membership here, and the effort involved in problem solving something that should be standard has left a scar that will remain for me and my overall outlook on hand and stones. Business is important but if you don't cherish those who keep the lights on eventually they will stop telling their peers, stop returning, and potentially if left unchecked long enough bring others with them. If I'd improve anything I'd streamline the process from door entry to massage table. They're already worked up. It's your place to relief that asap. I'd handle any problems your guest have as if it happened to your family or an elderly person. Mistakes happen and it's not the clients places to understand all the details of every situation, even if you spell it out once or twice for them. It also seems a bit like the massage therapist there have a script to they follow in terms of how they treat you. Even when saying certain areas have problems they get no more attention than if it wasn't brought up. Overall they are professionals at what they do. I think without the rose colored glasses 4/5 stars is a fair assessment from the overall experience I've had the past 5 years

***DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF***…read more We've had this membership for at least 6 years and paid every month through autopay for all but the last 90 days. Today, I get a call from the spa manager (Mick) who tells me that they were going to terminate the membership because we can't cover $420 in credits that we incurred over the last 90 days (mind you the credits are not in our account so what am I paying for??). I thought the thing was paused earlier this year after a conversation with them, but that's neither here nor there at the moment. Financially its not a good time for us to spend an additional $140/mo on these memberships. Mick informed me that we have 90 days to use the remaining credits. Now, if we do the math I have 22 credits and my husband has 22 credits, that's 44 credits. If we multiply that by $70 we're at $3,080 that we've ALREADY spent (not to mention the tips we leave) that we're about to lose. The last time I checked, that would mean we have to visit there every other day for the next 90 days. WTF?? This is where customer service would be great. How do you say that to someone with a straight face??? We've been customers at this location for 6 years! And this is what it comes down to? No offer to pause. No offer to do anything else but terminate. No offer to do anything that would even begin to salvage a long standing relationship. NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Go somewhere that people actually appreciate your business. I'm not asking for the world but after 6 years, you would think that a human with half of a brain would look at that and say, 'let's find something that works'.
