I receive a facial treatment which includes scrub, peel, vitamin & hydration treatment. The environment I've encountered has been quiet, relaxing, soothing and includes a luxurious calming yet invigorating hand, arm, neck and upper back massage. Her price is very reasonable and the care and attention by Angela is over the top! I highly recommend Angela's services and feel she offers the very best in facials and skin care.

Today was my third time coming consistently and the pain is definitely not as bad as the first session. I go to Emma and she does a fantastic job. I just finished a peel and my skin feels softer and looks brighter and even-toned. I typically wear a lot of liquid foundation and then top with a powder foundation, but since my peel I only needed to wear the powder. This weekend I am coming in for a microderm. She works uniquely every individual and recommends what they need. Her suite is super comfy that I just want to nap. The only thing I dread about coming here are the extractions! Warning! Warning! You will get hooked on facials after seeing Giselle…read more No joke! I was struggling with my skin and I had no idea what else to do. I changed my diet, I switched skin regimes too often to count, I started cleaning my bed sheets weekly, and nope, nothing seemed to relieve it. After talking to a friend, she told me I should try getting a facial and thanks to Yelp! I was able to find Giselle and haven't looked back since. She really takes her time with you. I always go with her recommendation on what kind of treatment to do, and my skin always looks great after. Her prices aren't too shabby either, I've never had a facial before her, so after visiting her my expectations were very high. One time my friend wanted to go to a facial, and I was a bit hesitant because I already had a great Giselle! But I decided to try it out and there was a promotion. No, never again! I felt it was a waste and they were so rushed and rough during extractions. I will always go back to Giselle, don't doubt your gut. Give her a try, make sure you get an appointment!

Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.
