So I called up Miss Lucy and she let me know that she was giving some of her newer clients to her daughter, Natalia. TIP ALERT: When you arrive at the door, it will have a sign that you are to use the call box. When entering the number, do it slowly, because that call box is tricky. (Enter #011 to reach Luxe.) Thankfully Natalia was there to rescue me from myself and the call box. Natalia and I instantly hit it off. I filled out the obligatory form and was off to fix my face. Miss Lucy was there to meet me, too. She was a lovely lady and explained that she would be leaving me in the care of her daughter. The facial room was very clean and luxurious. The music was relaxing (I later Shazamed it!). The bed was comfy and had a nice back warmer that I welcomed very much. She asked me questions about my skin care regimen and what my goals were for my face. Natalia was easy to talk to and very gentle on my face. She was very thorough with extractions and explained everything very well. Even showed me the microdermabrasion tool because I had never seen it before. My favorite part was the massage with hot rocks. It was my first time ever! My second favorite was the mask. I left with my mask in a ziplock bag to reuse and a skin brightener lotion. I will absolutely be coming back. Natalia and I are like old friends (and paisanas, too!) I look forward to seeing how my skin progresses. :)
