I asked for the longest volume to be 18, if not 16. She said she couldn't because I've gotten my lashes done only once before and that was years ago. However, the first time ever of having my lashes done, I had went to Amazing Lash Studio and they gave me longgg voluminous lashes and that was my first time ever getting my lashes done, my lashes CAN withhold the length. Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. The lashes themselves are ok, they do look natural and the lady comes off sweet but then was talking shit about the picture of lashes I wanted while she was on the phone. She kept saying "kiss lashes" and laughing. I could hear the other person on the phone laughing as well. Now I have a Waterpark to go to today and cannot get them fixed due to me being in the water. I have been to many lash bars/businesses since moving here to Houston four years ago, and I have really struggled to find someone who cares enough to assure my lashes are on point & natural looking. I'm half Chinese so I have very thin & straight lashes, so in the past I have had lashes turn and simply fall off in clumps. Not Linh's lashes...She uses enough glue to have them last, but not too much where you can visibly see or feel the glue when washing. She communicates through text, which I find convenient. She stays quite busy, but if I need to reschedule, I will suggest date & time, and she will either confirm or give suggestion of next available day and time. She follows up with a confirmation text and reminder texts. She truly is gifted and I'm in love with her work, as anybody would if you book with her. She performed the fastest set of lashes that I've ever gotten. It took her maybe an hour & a half to complete the whole set. I have a lot of lashes so I was fearful that she had done a partial job, but no, my lashes are absolutely beautiful & full. They use the lightest lashes that I've ever worn, & I literally forget that I have lashes on. She didn't use too much glue either, so I don't "feel" my lashes. She's super professional, gentle, and clearly passionate about what she does. My lashes turned out AMAZING--full, lightweight, and exactly how I pictured them. She did my lash lift first and I've never done this before and honestly I was kinda nervous but she made me super comfortable by telling me what she's doing and that everything is okay. She really cares about the customers experience. I loved it. They came out beautiful too. Later Lucy was my aesthetician for my Dermaplaning and she did amazing. I've never felt this great and she did every spot I asked her to do. I did a full face she just got a lot on the neck too. I also really like that they give you a blanket it's very soothing. Setting appointment (5/5) - My schedule is crazy busy, but flawless always finds a way to fit me into their schedule. They are often unfriendly and unwelcoming, rarely greet customers, and are frequently sitting behind the bar on their phones. They also do not check in to see if customers would like a drink. As a result, the nail technician has had to stop their service to prepare drinks, which does not seem appropriate or fair to them. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns soon, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.

Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. I personally like a more natural look with the classic set and she does it so beautifully! You can see from other pictures though that she's also great at more dramatic looks too! I was also shocked the first time I got a fill, It's pretty standard for technicians to stick to a certain time-frame when doing your lashes so if they don't get to them all you just don't have a complete/full set. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I'm so happy with my lashes and for the price I paid! I will continue to come to Mia as well as highly recommend her to my family and friends!
