Yes, I was skeptical at first but who isn't? You really have to do your research when it comes to things like this and I'm so glad that I came across Flawless Lashes by Amy. Setting appointment (5/5) - My schedule is crazy busy, but flawless always finds a way to fit me into their schedule. Not only do they squeeze me in last minute, but they're super flexible and understandable about changes. I just simply text them and everything is taken care of! So simple! Environment (5/5) - The first thing I see when I walk in is the refrigerator stocked with drinks and the snacks they provide for you. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? Freeee snacks and drinks? HECK YES! Also, the aroma of the salon is just relaxing to me. It smells really good in there and nothing bothers me at all. The only thing that people might complain about it is how cold it is in there, but Amy provides a blanket for you if you're cold. Plus, I take my beauty naps a lot better when it's cold! When I went to amazing lash studio, my lashes would fall off within a week or two. At flawless, my lashes are still in tact after three or four weeks! It's so awesome. It saves me time and money.
