TORTURE CHAMBER! Technicians here were never very light handed and most of the time I couldn't take a lash nap while getting my refills but my experience during my last two week volume refill is what finally broke the camel's back. I went in at 5:30pm last Sunday. The refill was painful but what's new? When I opened my eyes I realized it was all uneven and looked shabby. I had an important business trip that week and said I can't just show up like that. They said the tech can fix it in 15-20 min so I agreed to let them fix it. BIG MISTAKE! Tech started working on removing the lashes and I've never experienced such pain in my eyes before. Not only the remover burned horribly but she kept yanking on my lashes so hard that at one point I screamed in pain and scared the tech. I didn't want to be there anymore I asked if I can get all the lashes removed and they said it would take at least an hour. I decided against that because at this point I was panicking and all I wanted was to get out of that chair as soon as possible with my eyes intact. Then they started applying new lashes. That was a whole different kind of pain. My EYELIDS started to burn. I know the glue fumes can burn your eyes and it's part of the process but at this point it was my eyelids that just felt like they were on fire. They irrigated the area and continued. Finally I was told I can open my eyes again. At this point I had been in that torture chair for 2.5 hours and had to pee. I went to the restroom and noticed that after all that pain and emotional distress my lashes were still uneven!!!! But seriously, who cares? All I wanted was to run out of there. I paid for the full $75 two week volume refill and left. The next morning I woke up and my eyes felt weird. So I went to the mirror and got terrified of the face staring back at me. Never have I ever had eyes this swollen and red before. To be honest, after that 2.5 hr torture I was still grateful that I at least still had my vision! I went to my business trip and had to explain to people the dumb mistakes I made regarding my lashes so they don't think I'm getting abused at home. I sent the pictures and requested a refund from the business, because who would want to spend their hard earned money to get tortured only to end up looking like this. Never heard back from them. Moral of the story is, NEVER EVER go to EmLash!!! They will physically harm you and take your money for it! read more

They glue lashes fans on -2-3 lashes of your natural lashes at a time. They damaged my natural lashes so much I do not recommend this place at all The lengths they put on were not what I told her. read more

Since my first time in November, I've been coming back for a refill - 2 weeks and 3 weeks. Once I waited over a month and had to get a full set again. The pricing wasn't so bad. After Jennifer, I had Jen, then Mayra. They're all great, but I've stayed with Mayra. My coworkers loved my lashes so much that they also came here to get theirs done. I used to live in Spring and would get my lashes done here all the time and they would always come out amazing. The artists put care into their work and make recommendations to help me achieve the look I want. I recently moved to AZ and have been getting my lashes done there and it made me realize how good I used to have it here in Spring! No one compares to the lash artists at this place. I'm back in town temporarily and my lashes haven't looked this good since the last time they did them. Also reception is amazing, hardworking, and accommodating. It is more on the expensive side but I don't mind paying the price for the quality of the work they do. They also try to work with your schedule as much as they can! I gave them a star for the receptionist customer service....he was really nice and made me feel welcomed. I can't give anymore stars due to me leaving with my lashes looking the same way they looked when I came in. I have thin lashes due to damage to them over the years BUT that doesn't mean I can't have a full look after lash extensions. I came here today to get my lashes done and was told that my lashes would be full at the end of service....this was a lie. Yes the lash tech did a good job applying the lashes but my lashes look very thin almost as if I have no lashes on....I didn't pay $71 for this but I guess. If you have thin lashes and want a full look DONT COME HERE!!! A classic set of lashes would be better than this....very disappointed. This place is always sparkling clean and has an elegant feel in the lobby. I have been 4x now and have signed up for the membership. They are great about accommodating your schedule. I am a teacher and they have stayed late for me to be able to make an appointment. I am always satisfied with my lashes and all employees are friendly. The manager speaks great English and can answer any questions, comments, or concerns. There was a gap in my lashes after this last time and they corrected it for me free of charge. This is my first time wearing lashes. These are called "Glamour" my lashes are 10 millimeters and so we just went up to a 12. First mistake was showering as soon as I got home. You're supposed to wait 24/48 hours before getting them wet. So I'm praying they don't fall off when I go to bed tonight. Other than that the techs and owner is extremely polite and well mannered. My lashes last 2-4 weeks depending on how much I wash them/get wet. I have the membership, so I find getting them refilled is so worth it monetary wise.
