I am so sorry to have to post this but I have been going here for about two years. My lashes always look amazing when I get her but the huge problem is she is just not dependable. I will have a scheduled appointment and arrive and the door is locked, nobody is there. I will call several time. She will not answer but finally text and ask me to drive all the way to her house. That has happened so many times. Other times she would say can I come back another day, this happened several times. Then she start say she was in a car accident; this happed about 5 or 6 times; I am surprise she can still walk. When I do get an appointment in with her, I do not see any signs of her being in an accident. She will go so far as to send me photos of some random car accident. Just not reliable or committed to her customers or her business. She is extremely sweet and nice. She does very very very good work if you can get her to actually do your lashes. After this last disappointment when I depended on her to do my lashes again for a very special event only for her to tell me via text to come the next day, I had to find another place for an emergency appointment. Prior to this appointment, I had been texting her a week in advance as a reminder, I texted almost everyday and she did not even have the courtesy to call or text me back. She decided to text me 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to say come the next day. This was my very last straw. Stick a fork in me because I am done. I tried to work with her but enough is enough. Let's pray for her that she becomes committed to her customers and business. read more

Communication, quality, and service has been lacking these last couple of visits. It's kind of ridiculous how much we pay for lashes that can't even last a full week. But more importantly my lash appointment is constantly being changed and never at the promised time. Last 3 visits so far, Vicky would text me to come in early, I'll text back "what time?" No response. Come there at my actual appointment and waited 30 mins over my appointment time. So WTF did you asked me to come in early for? Not a single apology or explanation as to what happened. Not to mention the front reception who can't even do his job of checking to see how much longer until Vicky will be seeing me. He just continued to have me wait while he watched videos on his phone. MBN getting paid watching videos all day. He finally goes and checks on her and I watched him. He gives me absolutely nothing while walking back to his chair. And I heard him ask her is she ready for me. But he comes back and says NOTHING. Who on earth treats clients like this? Learn some customer service will you? Came in for a refill 2 weeks later with L eye barely having anything left. And mind you, I know how to keep lash extensions and this is definitely not my first rodeo. My refill didn't even last a whole week and I literally cannot justify spending money here for terrible quality lash glue that they're using!!! Lastly, I mentioned to Vicky the owner how she did both my friend and sister wrong and explained that I had recommended her bc I thought her work was great! I told her it's not cool that my sister booked with her and she had a different lash artist work on my sister for the first time visit. My sister called and told me she didn't like her lashes and it was two completely diff style. Later, my friend booked but wasn't informed that Monday they're closed. She waited outside and mind you, she got a confirmation text for her appointment. Well, it never happened. She also did not have a response after reaching out to her regarding the two incidents. She just literally left me on "read". Very profession! Sike! Vicky clearly doesn't know how to run a business nor care about losing clients. I've been coming to her for over a year and definitely felt like I was going to stick around. Overtime now, I just feel like she can care less about quality, and at this point she can get more appointments in by controlling everyone else's time, and using cheap lash glue. I say cheap bc the lashes fall off my natural lash. Though her artists wanna claim it's bc it's shedding season. Please! My natural lashes were not even stuck on the extensions. DO BETTER! read more

I made an appointment to get my lashes done by Vickie, but somehow I ended up getting her assistance. This was my first time here, therefore it would be my first time meeting Vickie. No one told me I was getting her assistance. I had to found out by a friend who had Vickie before. The lash tech was very gentle and I barely felt her hands on me. I felt my lashes were two different style on each eyes. I wanted to love it. I'll start there. First, they have a new address. This wasn't mentioned when my appointment was confirmed via text; instead I learned via a paper sign on the door of their old location. Ok... only 2 minutes down Louetta so whatever. Upon walking in, it's clear this was a very recent transition and they're still very much in the process of moving. Again, ok whatever. I'm used to the calming music they play over the speakers at lash salons. You can't look at your phone. It's a forced moment of zen that I look forward to every 8-12 weeks. And that's what I got, All was right and well in the world until... I heard an Instagram Reel. And then another. And another. Continuously. For half my visit. At full volume. I'm pretty sure listening to Instagram feels on a constant loop forever is one of the levels of hell and whatever sin I have to avoid committing to never experience that again, I'm happy to abstain. My lashes look good, but I should never compare my experience at a business to one of the circles of hell. And that's all I'll remember about this place. I did mention something but the volume wasn't adjusted, they just closed the door (could still hear the Reels loud and clear. Worst experience with anyone. Texted on a Wednesday to make an appointment and she responded quickly. She had a 4 on a Saturday so I took it. We left the Nutcracker Market early so I could be on time. I get there 10 minutes early and she says she will be with me shortly. I'm in no hurry but 40 minutes after my appointment she says she thought I wanted extensions so she would have to reschedule me. I wanted a lash lift and tint. I'm thrown because we just talked about this Wednesday and I'm confused on why it would matter what service since a tint should take less time. She asked me to come back Sunday at 2 and she would give me half off. Honestly I didn't care about the discount, I just wanted the service. So I agreed. 15 minutes before appointment she tells me the lights went out and she will need to reschedule. I live right down the street so I am almost there and decide to just turn around in her parking lot. As I pull in the whole shopping center is lit up. So I am like never mind. She says she is so sorry and it will never happen again and she will do it for free if I come in Wednesday at 4:45. So I should have trusted my instinct but I change plans to work it in. I show up and the door is locked and lights are out. I message and call and after 15 minutes of waiting decide to leave. She finally texts surprised and saying her assistant was supposed to be there. So I made an appointment yesterday at LeMe in the Vintage and they got me in next day and they were amazing. So disgusted I waisted my time and energy on Wow lashes. read more

Needed a same day lash refill so I found these guys on yelp, requested an appointment and they were able to fit me in in such a short time. I arrived and the lady was waiting for me. The bed was lined with plastic paper and the place appeared to be clean. I forgot her name but she was kind and explained the process of applying lashes and the condition they were in. The process took about 45 minutes. Til this day, I feel no burn or eye redness. The only thing I wish she would've done was asked me what length I prefer. Based on me coming in needing a refill from another tech she filled based on what the last tech did. Other than that I loved my lashes and would highly recommend. read more

Love this place. Started coming when they first opened. At the time I also lived in The Vintage. I have since moved to The Woodlands, however well worth my drive. If I'm behind in coming, they actually make me balance life and work with a text as a reminder that it's time to come in. My micro blading was done here as well. Best thing I've ever done. This used to be the ONLY place I get my lashes done. They started asking me to do "model" appts for a lesser price. The first mistake... This last appt, which I will not return after, told me I would get volume lashes for $59. I was given a lesser service but still required to pay the full amount. (Would you ever pay more money for a lesser service? Didn't think so) and they didn't even give me my change (it was only $1 but still... HEB will give you back 1 cent if it is your change). Within 24hrs a HUGE chunk of lashes came out. They refused to fix it unless I paid more. I am not paying more money when you had me pay more for a service that I did not receive. I have referred 7 or 8 people here. They have done lashes and ombre brows, but now none of us will be returning. read more

I can't say enough great things about WOW Lash Studios. They do quality work at a good price. I always come out looking fabulous and they have great customer service. I've gotten my lashes done at other places before and they do not compare to WOW. I will never go anywhere else to get my lashes done. Most recently I got my lashes done and I ended up getting them wet (crying due to bad news) and WOW offered to add some lashes at no charge! You can't get better service than that. They always text after your appointment to see how your lashes are so that wasn't unexpected, but the heart they had to offer me a touch up meant a lot to me. It might seem like a simple thing to some, but after days of crying it made me feel good that they would offer such a sweet gesture. read more

Setting up an appointment was quick and easy! I recommend asking for an estimate of how much each set is going to be depending on what you're getting. I couldn't find an exact price before coming in so I prepared myself paying about a hundred. This was the only "meh" part of my experience. For a Full volume, natural, cat eye style, I ended up paying $99.00 (plus tip) which is pretty standard especially since you're paying for good quality and the experience!! The place is clean, and has a very relaxing vibe when you walk in. My lash tech worked pretty fast with she has a gentle touch. She explained things very well and answered my questions clearly, especially since it was my first time. She made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the process. I came back for a refill (paid $55) a few days after the 2nd week and Vicki filled them in as much as she could to make sure they last longer. Staff was friendly and prices reasonable. However the diameter used on my lashes was too heavy and I've had a ton of fallout in just 24 hours. I've been getting lash extensions for 6 mo elsewhere and tried this place due to my normal lash lady having a baby. My eyes are swollen and inflamed and painful. I was contacted quickly and apologized to and Vicky is going to work with my lashes to prevent this from happening again. i agree with the other lady about the unprofessional behavior not respecting their own appointment time. For example, my appointment was made for 10;30 am, then it was changed to 11 am, 12 pm, then 1 pm, and then 2pm. When they texted again tried to change to later time, I said NO. Now that I am here waiting in their lobby, the two team members are both w other customers and I was told to wait until they are done w other customers. I can not believe what happened today. I went in not knowing what I really wanted but she gave me her recommendation and it was exactly what I wanted! The salon is very clean and cozy. The first time I came it was a love and hate situation. I absolutely loved my lashes, Vicky did a good job on them. The big issue was at the time of removing the bottom eye pad from my bottom lashes she removed it rapidly and not carefully. That caused a scratched inside the bottom of both my eyes. Luckily I work for an Optometrist! I had the doctor check my eye because I was in so much pain the next day. He had to dye my eye so that I could see both scratches. He prescribed me drops that I had to purchase at the pharmacy and had to spend even more money. I then messaged Vicky to let her know what had happen and she said "I see, but usually we dont put the gel patch really close. But we don't use the gel patch for you next time anymore, we using the sensitive and put if farther from your eyes. We will give you 20% for your next visit." I didn't agree with her response and she told me the manager will be calling me in a few min. I spoke to the "manager" and he said, "There is no way that can happen". Not only did he not believed me he also offered to give me unprescribed drops. Who knows what kind. Like I said I work for an Optometrist and that CAN DEFINITELY HAPPEN! I mean it did happen to me after all. I did not want my money back or a disc. I simply wanted to let them know to be careful so it didn't happen to anyone else. They seem not to care and wanted to brush it off with a disc. Be careful with this place, and do not take unprescribed drops. It was not a good experience at all! read more

I believe I was the first costumer of the day because I arrived way before it was even opened. As I was sitting in my car waiting for the store to open, I saw Vicky got out of her car and she gave me a smile! That little gesture was already so welcoming to me! Vicky was so nice and awesome! It was my first time getting my lashes done and she gave me great advice on which set I wanna do according to the inspo pic I showed her. During the process, it was seriously so relaxing and peaceful. I found myself dozing off at times lol. The technicians didn't converse to each other either which was nice because I imagine it'll disrupt the experience for most. I really appreciated that. And Vicky noticed I was getting cold and she offered me a blanket :) When she was done, she was really good at explaining what to expect and how to properly take care of the lashes to extend the lifespan of them. I think I have found my favorite go-to lash extension person! I've been to 3 different lash places over the past 5 years and I've never been so satisfied with the results. The lashes last for more than I expected since my natural lashes are so weak but it doesn't irritate me at all which is very great! Plus, the lashes itself is so soft (the $99 ones though) and I think it's so worth the money. Very affordable too, I hated spending $200 on full sets when I have little lashes to work with. I been here twice with Vicki and she is very nice and checks up on you the night of if the lashes are good or not. That's not something you get at Amazing Lash Studio lmao. I have been coming here for over 3.5 years and have sent over at least 15 referrals - friends, co workers, and acquaintances I met at work. Initially wow lash did a great job- consistently fulfilled what I requested, matched the set I had here prior, and the lashes looked up to par. Vicky does a great job if you are able to have her for an app. However in the past year the results have been horrible. The lashes do not stay on, I am not put with any lash tech I request, the lash techs they say are good do a horrible job and it is a very painful process- ripping out my own lashes, tweezers on my sensitive- under eye area, and placing the individual lashes on my forehead as they grab them using their tweezers-plucking my skin in the process. I have not been happy with the results in over a year. Despite coming here for over 3.5 years, now each time I come in for a fill, every lash tech is confused on how to fill the current set of lashes. The lashes end up falling out quickly or looking very over grown because they don't remove the ones falling out and the set is not what I requested. I thought the quality of full sets would be worth it BUT it NO longer is - find somewhere else! I tried!! read more

Slow slow and more slow. I called when they first opened @10 saying I needed a brow wax but didn't have an appointment. The guy said that was okay and to come in 5-10 minutes. So I went and was greeted upon walking in. However I waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes I decided to just go home and do my own brows. I heard about this place from a friend trying it out. When I told her about my experience, she said that the waxer got wax in her hair and they were also running behind that day. She told me she only had to pay $5. I think that's why she told me to go there bc it wasn't that expensive and her brows looked good. read more

Been going to Vicky since October and she will definitely be my go-to. I'm asian with short and straight lashes and GIRLL let me tell you how great they look and how comfortable they are. I've gotten the wispy and cat eye style and they always look good! And you'll deff get compliments. Ive gotten my lashes by Vicky but recently Van has done them and both their works are amazinggggggg. I come in every 2-3 weeks. If you have any questions, they'll answer them and they're super nice. Pros -different volumes and lash curls that suit all eyes -easy to get along with the techs -don't need a membership or "contract" (you can come in and stop whenever you please, but remember you pay for a full set if you start over or wait too long to refill!) -take off half of the time it takes to get ready -the lashes are comfortable and don't poke at you. If they do, just tell them and they'll fix it Cons -make sure to confirm your appointment time with Vicky Tips Her new shop is cute!
