Although I am a newer business, my passion for quality service and client care runs deep. I’m proudly share a suite with Gissel Skincare — my sister’s facial business — which has helped create a cozy, family-oriented environment where clients feel right at home. On top of that, my hair ended up noticeably darker overall than what I wanted in the first place. I also went in for what should've been a simple trim, and way more length came off than I asked for (and I've spent years trying to grow out my hair). At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money and went through multiple appointments, and I still didn't get the color or the cut I asked for. Really disappointing for the price.
