In the past, I would not have minded too much, but lately, I've realized the practice of respecting people's time (in general) is *not* alive and well, so I'm more sensitive to calling it out. Plus, I was already having a horrible day related to customer service events, so this was grinding my gears more than it should have. My newly assigned aesthetician was professional and worked quickly, and I appreciate her stepping up when one of her colleagues wasn't.
