Within a week, all 10 nails had come off, which is completely unacceptable for a service like this. I was traveling internationally at the time, so I wasn't able to contact the salon right away. However, I came in the very next day after returning from my trip to let them know and have it addressed. Despite explaining the situation, the manager refused to honor it due to their 10-day policy. I understand policies exist, but there should also be room for basic customer service and common sense. If I could have come in sooner, I absolutely would have. As a loyal customer who has referred many people here, it was disappointing to be dismissed like this. People don't come back to complain unless something genuinely went wrong. The service clearly did not hold up as expected, especially given the price paid. This was not about trying to get something for free--it was about them standing behind their work and making it right. Unfortunately, they chose not to. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning, and I will be informing friends, family, and community members I previously recommended this place to. I ended up going to QB Nails instead, and the difference was night and day. They were empathetic, professional, and did an amazing job fixing my nails. They even offered me a discount without me asking, simply out of understanding. My nails came out flawless, and I happily tipped 25% because of how satisfied I was. I highly recommend QB Nails for their quality and customer service. While Eva Nails may seem nice at first, my experience showed a lack of accountability and care when it actually mattered.

The lighting is not that great in this salon, so it was hard to tell how my color turned out. But it is dark. Darker than anything I have ever had done And the highlites? I paid for highlites, where are they ? I used their own wording to tell them what I wanted to have done, " Dimensional blonde with beach waves " I didn't get demensional highlites, I got dark hair with some highlites. But this is dark, almost red brown. Then I go to pay and the bill comes out to $400. !!!! Never in my entire life have I paid $400 for my hair. Maybe some of you pay this much, but I never have. $150 is a good average for my hair. I was so astonished, I didn't know what to say. But at home I went over this in my mind & it really bothered me. So I called & talked to the owner and told her how upset I am. She went over my costs and found that I had been charged TWICE for the haircut. And her costs have gone up, her hair color has gone up $40 so she has to charge me 3 times what it costs to color my hair. I always leave a nice tip for my hair stylist, but when all was done it ended up costing me $402.00 for this nothing special hair And I never did get my demensional highlights.
