However, the pedicure was bad. She cut into my skin and then sprayed my polish with quick dry that made the polish puddle and dry unevenly. She also painted my skin! When I called the next day to tell them (I didn't want to go in and complain in front of customers), they said to come back and they would fix it. And they did. I wish I didn't have to spend the time to go back, that it had just been done right the first time, but at least they asked for the opportunity to fix it and they did. As a loyal customer who has referred many people here, it was disappointing to be dismissed like this. People don't come back to complain unless something genuinely went wrong. The service clearly did not hold up as expected, especially given the price paid. This was not about trying to get something for free--it was about them standing behind their work and making it right. Unfortunately, they chose not to. Because of this experience, I will no longer be returning, and I will be informing friends, family, and community members I previously recommended this place to. I ended up going to QB Nails instead, and the difference was night and day. They were empathetic, professional, and did an amazing job fixing my nails. So I called & talked to the owner and told her how upset I am. She went over my costs and found that I had been charged TWICE for the haircut. And her costs have gone up, her hair color has gone up $40 so she has to charge me 3 times what it costs to color my hair.
