I EXTREEEMLY recommend going here. I've been going here for all my spa needs since I was a freshman in highschool. I just finished my appointment here. They are normally super booked but they had some space to fill me in for their signature Facial, Dermaplaning and a Lash Lift. I had Vicky for my facial which was super great. It's a good facial for a treat to yourself. They use super high end products. I saw medicube and I really love that brand. She massaged my face so good I fell asleep. She made sure I was okay with the steam and I loved that she adjusted it for me. She's extremely kind and respectful. She left the room to let the mask sit and she came back and she massaged my arms it was great. Those warm towels are the best thing ever. Before we left the room she massaged my back and it felt so good after a long day at work. After my facial ended she lead me to the spot I'm getting my lashes and face done. She did my lash lift first and I've never done this before and honestly I was kinda nervous but she made me super comfortable by telling me what she's doing and that everything is okay. She really cares about the customers experience. I loved it. They came out beautiful too. Later Lucy was my aesthetician for my Dermaplaning and she did amazing. I've never felt this great and she did every spot I asked her to do. I did a full face she just got a lot on the neck too. I also really like that they give you a blanket it's very soothing. Lucy was gentle with my lips so she didn't cut me. I can tell she's very skilled. After they asked if they could take a picture of my face/ lashes and I said of course. To be honest, I am probably the hardest person to please when it comes to a service like this - LameLash is such a consistent and great place to go to get your lashes done. Even if there is something that goes wrong their customer service is a 10 out of 10 so they try to make accommodations as much as possible as you can see they have a strong five star rating and trust me. It's 100% accurate. Of course they are human so maybe there are some adjustments that can be made that I cannot even name, but I think if you want to make sure you 100% have a good experience then pay the price and come here. Another happy Yelp search! Led me here onto Vickys table. Tried a new place closer to my house and just love Vicky! She's the first lash stylist that used under eye pads that did not slip nor irritate my eyes. I usually leave a lash appointment with red eyes. They're extra sensitive. Not this time. She also didn't tape back my eyelids which doesn't really bother me as I was used to it, but it was so much more comfortable. I sometimes get a little anxiety due to being claustrophobic but I was fully relaxed She's very sweet and makes sure she knows exactly what look you're wanting. She showed me photos and we decided what to do. Also. Its day two and I haven't lost any lashes at all. Since Covid and the long hours in masks, I desperately needed a facial so bad. From the reviews, I decided to book a microdermabrasion facial with Vicky. After getting checked in and situated, Vicky greeted me and walked me into the room. She quickly explained to undress top half of the body, and she will step out and will be back in a few minutes. The facial itself was so relaxing and I was not expecting arm, shoulder, and neck massage. I didn't want it to end. I love getting explained or just a verbal notice of what is about to happen so I don't get startled by anything I'm not familiar with. Vicky was extremely gentle and explained to me how to take better care of my skin. I definitely recommend this place for all your skin and lash needs. I can't rave enough about La Me Lash Lounge. I never had lash extensions before until I found out about their promotion for "lash models" to receive a free full set of lash extensions in order for students to practice. They made sure my full set was on point before I left... and then I was hooked to come back for all my lash refills. Kelly has taken care of my lashes for the past ~3 months now and always does an amazing job. She asks me how my lashes have held up and has tried a different glue when I said it seemed to fall out faster. I constantly get compliments from random people in public and let them know where I got my lashes done! I love how quick and easy it is for me to make appointments for a lash refill on short notice, and have even been able to easily get my lashes done by walk-in.
