Alina and Cindy: Alina is a lovely woman and gives clear instructions on using topical anesthetic beforehand to reduce discomfort. She is up front with you about how long your treatment plan will be to give you the best results possible. The experience never awkward like at the hair salon or nail salon. It's a very pleasant experience. Cindy is lovely and will always call the day before as a reminder which is great for someone forgetful like myself. Prices: her prices for electrolysis are competitive. At the front desk is a price sheet showing price per minute for every minute from 15 up to over an hour. Results: After going once per week for about 6-7 weeks I am so happy to see results, even if they are not typical.
