I will have a scheduled appointment and arrive and the door is locked, nobody is there. I will call several time. She will not answer but finally text and ask me to drive all the way to her house. That has happened so many times. Other times she would say can I come back another day, this happened several times. Then she start say she was in a car accident; this happed about 5 or 6 times; I am surprise she can still walk. When I do get an appointment in with her, I do not see any signs of her being in an accident. She will go so far as to send me photos of some random car accident. Just not reliable or committed to her customers or her business. She is extremely sweet and nice. She does very very very good work if you can get her to actually do your lashes. After this last disappointment when I depended on her to do my lashes again for a very special event only for her to tell me via text to come the next day, I had to find another place for an emergency appointment. Prior to this appointment, I had been texting her a week in advance as a reminder, I texted almost everyday and she did not even have the courtesy to call or text me back. She decided to text me 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to say come the next day. This was my very last straw. Stick a fork in me because I am done. I tried to work with her but enough is enough. Let's pray for her that she becomes committed to her customers and business.

But more importantly my lash appointment is constantly being changed and never at the promised time. Last 3 visits so far, Vicky would text me to come in early, I'll text back "what time?" No response. Come there at my actual appointment and waited 30 mins over my appointment time. So WTF did you asked me to come in early for? Not a single apology or explanation as to what happened. Not to mention the front reception who can't even do his job of checking to see how much longer until Vicky will be seeing me. He just continued to have me wait while he watched videos on his phone. MBN getting paid watching videos all day. He finally goes and checks on her and I watched him. He gives me absolutely nothing while walking back to his chair. And I heard him ask her is she ready for me. But he comes back and says NOTHING. Who on earth treats clients like this? Learn some customer service will you? Came in for a refill 2 weeks later with L eye barely having anything left. And mind you, I know how to keep lash extensions and this is definitely not my first rodeo. My refill didn't even last a whole week and I literally cannot justify spending money here for terrible quality lash glue that they're using!!! Lastly, I mentioned to Vicky the owner how she did both my friend and sister wrong and explained that I had recommended her bc I thought her work was great! I told her it's not cool that my sister booked with her and she had a different lash artist work on my sister for the first time visit. My sister called and told me she didn't like her lashes and it was two completely diff style. Later, my friend booked but wasn't informed that Monday they're closed. She waited outside and mind you, she got a confirmation text for her appointment. Well, it never happened. She also did not have a response after reaching out to her regarding the two incidents. She just literally left me on "read". Very profession! Sike! Vicky clearly doesn't know how to run a business nor care about losing clients. I've been coming to her for over a year and definitely felt like I was going to stick around. Overtime now, I just feel like she can care less about quality, and at this point she can get more appointments in by controlling everyone else's time, and using cheap lash glue. I say cheap bc the lashes fall off my natural lash. Though her artists wanna claim it's bc it's shedding season. Please! My natural lashes were not even stuck on the extensions. DO BETTER!

They use great products because my eyes are never irritated when he's finished, and my lashes last for several weeks. Also, my real lashes remain healthy and long when I take breaks. The staff is very friendly, the shop is clean, and Son is always very punctual. I never have to wait for him to finish another client or anything like that. It makes it very easy to schedule appointments during my lunch breaks, which I love, because he starts and finishes on time. I would definitely recommend trying this shop. I have been going to them for about 4 months, and I have not been disappointed : )

Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.

First a foremost, I feel bad writing this review since she was very sweet. But I just can't "get used" to these lashes. I asked for a natural lash and I got the opposite. The length of them are so long that they hit my eyebrows and are very irritating. They clump up on the ends and I'm constantly having to brush them out to lay right. I also feel like they're a little sparse and have empty spaces where there shouldn't be. If you like full glam lashes this place is for you! Unfortunately, this is not what I wanted. I did mention they were a little long for me, she said it will take some time to get used to them and when I come back she can remove a few long ones. She was reassuring me that she will do whatever I wanted and would make them right. As much as I appreciateI just don't think it's possible to fix them without removing everything and starting fresh. When I first came to kelly I wasn't too sure what I wanted really and when I explained to her what I "thought" I wanted she did exactly what I requested. However, to no fault of hers but rather MY OWN crazy idea - I thought go glam-bam "Voluptuous volume and sexy bedroom eyes" I was sadly disappointed (not by her work) but the extreme radical change I wasn't expecting. I gave it a day to try an adjust- but when my husband requested I get them removed I knew it wasn't a good look. When I contacted her about getting them removed via a text she graciously and promptly picked up the phone and reached out to me directly; she offered to not just remove them but completely re-do them at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! That blew my mind - time is money! She was not just willing to remove them at no cost but also completely re apply them, just to make me happy (despite her providing what I asked for) the process is very time consuming. I am very pleased with HER recommendation and outcome of my new lashes !!!!! More flattering and get a lot of compliments! Thank you Kelly for not just caring about the job but the people and clients you service.
