Yes, I was skeptical at first but who isn't? You really have to do your research when it comes to things like this and I'm so glad that I came across Flawless Lashes by Amy. Setting appointment (5/5) - My schedule is crazy busy, but flawless always finds a way to fit me into their schedule. Not only do they squeeze me in last minute, but they're super flexible and understandable about changes. I just simply text them and everything is taken care of! So simple! Environment (5/5) - The first thing I see when I walk in is the refrigerator stocked with drinks and the snacks they provide for you. HOW AWESOME IS THAT? Freeee snacks and drinks? HECK YES! Also, the aroma of the salon is just relaxing to me. It smells really good in there and nothing bothers me at all. The only thing that people might complain about it is how cold it is in there, but Amy provides a blanket for you if you're cold. Plus, I take my beauty naps a lot better when it's cold! I sleep like a baby during my service (LOL sorry Amy)! Employees (5/5) - Everyone is so nice and accommodating! Lash Extension Services (5/5) - I love love love love love love love my lashes. When I went to amazing lash studio, my lashes would fall off within a week or two. At flawless, my lashes are still in tact after three or four weeks! It's so awesome. It saves me time and money. Have you seen their prices here? Totally affordable and they do not rip you off! You go to any other place and their quality is just not the same, trust me on this one. Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.

A friend and I Selena decided to take Ann's hybrid and volume training class. There was so many red…read moreflags during my whole experience but STILL wanted to give Ann the benefit of the doubt. Class was supposed to start at 9 AM, Ann did not arrive till 9:10 AM & didn't start class till 9:30 AM. The class was suppose to be a 6 hour intense training course with a 15 min break. Ann gave us a 30 min break & basically rushed us out before 3 PM due to her having another class after us. So in reality it was NOT a 6 HOUR class at all. She was extremely exhausted claiming she had only got a couple of hours of sleep. Ann was also very unorganized throughout the entire class. The "manager" Brenda had brought her baby to the class, set up a playpen and everything. The baby was very fussy the whole class, constantly crying making it extremely difficult to focus and understand her teaching. She also had the music volume loud and we could not hear her very well. Before taking this class i did my research on material and products. The "starter kit" Ann provided in this class has extremely cheap material. The tweezers could not even pick up the lashes! Selena accidentally dropped them and they had instantly bent! The kit was also not even complete. She told us she still had lashes coming in that we can go pick up from her another time. And i should mention that she STILL till this day has not even contacted us to pick up this material. (I attended this class on 6/29) The material in the kit was basically a bulk order she bought on amazon for 18.99 and divided that up between the 4 of us in the class. She claims on other reviews that the kit is worth 150 but that's a lie! If we're paying $675 on a class we at least expect some better quality material in our starter kit! After our negative experience at CBB we decided to reach out to Ann personally through email and explain EVERYTHING that we had issues with. Ann never took the time to respond back to our emails but instead the manager Brenda did. Ann did not train us at all on the "hybrids" for this training course. When we emailed her Brenda claimed that "if we did not touch up on this in class a hybrid lash set is the medium between classic and volume. In order to teach you Hybrid we teach you the basics (which are classics)." Okay i understand you need to learn the classic and volume before doing hybrids but DONT advertise a class by saying you'll be learning "hybrids and volumes" if you give them no knowledge on those techniques! We had asked her for a refund as we felt paying $675 for this class was definitely not worth that amount of money. Brenda stated that the class was non refundable, but I explained to Brenda that we never read or signed a policy stating this class was non refundable. Even the first initial email from booking never claimed the class was non refundable. We told Brenda to do the right thing and refund us our money as we had took an UNPAID day off to invest in ourselves only to lose out on more money! They still told us a refund was not necessary & we were welcome to sit in on another class. We declined that offer as we had no desire to attend another class due to our first experience. After writing one review Ann finally reached out to us. Only for us to be going back and forth and never speaking to her. She claims her intentions are pure but how if your actions are speaking differently. I am a certified Makeup artist and I've been to multiple classes and this by far is the worst experience I've ever had. It's a disappointment that I wasted $675 only to leave with no lash knowledge. Also coming from one business owner to another Ann should do the right thing and refund us our money. She needs to learn to handle constructive criticism correctly. I researched the microblading…read morebusinesses in the area and found Sandy had the best reviews on Yelp and Google so I reached out through the website and her husband replied immediately. They're very thorough and had me send pictures my eyebrows they could see what exactly they were dealing with. It was recommended that I have a combination microblading and shading procedure and I was given a quote. I paid a deposit (to hold the appointment) and set a date. Prior to the appointment I received a couple reminders which I appreciated. Upon arrival I filled out any paperwork and Sandy got to work. She's an absolute perfectionist and it takes a lot of time, but it's 100% worth the trouble. I had a not so good job done prior and my eyebrows were almost orange and I had to color them in everyday. I really appreciated the patience I was shown as I'm quite squirmy and I furl my eyebrows constantly. I was repeatedly gently reminded to relax my face and I tried, but I needed constant reminders. After what seemed like forever (I have ADHD) & this tested my ability to control myself, I was beyond grateful for the attention to detail Sandy gave. I was given directions (received them by text, too) on how to properly care for them what to expect as they healed. I set up my follow up appointment for a month out. The touch up process is much faster and I was out of there in a little over an hour. I'm truly in love with the results and will follow up in 3-4 moms for a touch up. I'm so happy with my decision to use Studio Brows and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in microblading.
