I have FINALLY found my go-to lash tech!!! Linh is incredibly meticulous and takes her time to assure your lashes are perfect & gorgeous!! I have been to many lash bars/businesses since moving here to Houston four years ago, and I have really struggled to find someone who cares enough to assure my lashes are on point & natural looking. I'm half Chinese so I have very thin & straight lashes, so in the past I have had lashes turn and simply fall off in clumps. Not Linh's lashes...She uses enough glue to have them last, but not too much where you can visibly see or feel the glue when washing. She communicates through text, which I find convenient. She stays quite busy, but if I need to reschedule, I will suggest date & time, and she will either confirm or give suggestion of next available day and time. She follows up with a confirmation text and reminder texts. She truly is gifted and I'm in love with her work, as anybody would if you book with her. My eyes are extremely sensitive to certain glues, so I asked a lot of questions. Service was good, but if you are looking for a really natural look, this is not the place to go. When I first looked at my face after the procedure, my first thought was... "I look like Lucille Ball." I'm still researching other places, but from what I can tell, this place just has far fewer lash options that others. My technician used a 10 mm lash, black, Elipse on me... and it was just too fake looking for my taste. The lashes touched my eyebrows when I was looking straight ahead too. Much too long. Everytime I come get my lashes done, I feel like a superstar when I leave. The ladies are so attentive and sweet! Katy has done my lashes the past few times I have gone, and she is so gentle and thorough. I've had to stop myself from falling asleep at some points. Which is totally fine. I then requested an appointment for Saturday morning and asked for the cost. I was replied back to with the cost and they stated they would not be available on Saturday. I then messaged back when are you available then?. All I got back was Thursday and Friday no times or anything. I basically had to fish for the information.
