I have worked with…read moreseveral stylists and makeup artists over the years for family, maternity, and boudoir photo sessions and Kristin is by far my favorite makeup artist. She has a fun, gregarious personality. She gave me valuable insight about skincare and makeup application tips all while giving me the best soft glamorous look that I have ever had for my latest family photo session. I received lots of compliments on my look. I absolutely plan to book an application class with her this year and to enlist her services for all of my future special occasion and professional makeup needs.

Kristin is amazing!! I am so glad that my hair stylist referred me to her. From the moment that I…read morebooked her, I knew that I would have an amazing experience. She quickly contacted me (like within 5-10 minutes) after I used her online booking portal to gather more details and to confirm my appointment time and location. She was transparent from the beginning and let me know that she had an appointment right before mine and that depending on where I was located, she may not be able to meet my time request. She quickly determined that I was within 5 minutes from her other appointment so she would be able to get to me in time. I proceeded to pay my deposit and I also received several texts and emails leading up to my appointment to confirm. On the day of, Kristin arrived early! She let me know when she was on her way, when she was parking (I was at a hotel) and when she was headed up to my room. I opened the door to a smiling face and a warm personality. Of course I enjoyed getting my makeup done but I also enjoyed getting to know Kristin and learning more about her. She's just an awesome person. So how did she do? Well not only was she quick, I have never loved my makeup as much as I loved it when Kristin did it. I've been to many makeup artists and Kristin is my favorite. I like a natural look and I don't like makeup to feel or look heavy. I couldn't even tell she had put foundation on me. I thought she was joking when she asked how heavy it felt. I received so many compliments at my event and of course I felt beautiful as well. I highly recommend Kristin to anyone. She is a professionally trained makeup artist who has been in the industry for years and it shows. I cannot wait to book my next appointment!!

I was super desperate for a Korean lash lift, so I found this place on TikTok and decided to give…read moreit a try. I paid $89 for a lift, keratin, and tint. I've paid less for a lash lift in the past, but I've never gotten a tint before, so I'm guessing that's what added to the cost. It's been about 4.5 weeks, and I think my lashes still look great! However, I was pretty uncomfortable throughout the process, which I've never experienced before. I've also noticed that my lashes seem to be falling out. I've gotten a Korean lash lift before, so I'm not sure why I'm experiencing this this time around. Overall, I'm not sure I'd come back due to the price, the discomfort during the service, and the lash fallout.

I've tried Rice Village, Bellaire, inside the loop brow places where they're more expensive but they don't do a good job at all! My right brow has a weird triangle at the arch that is hard to conceal but Lubna says it's a piece of cake when other brow technicians struggle with it. I'm a loyal customer and I wish more people know of her because Lubna deserves it and more women deserve nice eyebrows

An appointment requires a $25 deposit that will go toward the full amount after your appointment is done. The staff was very quick with scheduling an appointment and got me an earlier time as spots opened up. It's located in a spacious plaza with good parking. I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

The process to schedule the appt over the phone took longer than I expected and someone snagged up the 2:30pm. I had to settle for the 5:30pm, which I guess wasn't too bad. I was hesitant to try Nina out because it was just her second day here and there were no reviews for me to refer to. I took the chance and it ended up working out. I got there on time, completed the paper work and Nina took me in to get prepped. She showed me a few pics as reference and I showed her what I wanted and the lengths [10,12,13 and 14]. We wrapped up at 7pm and my lashes looked good. My eyes weren't red and none of the lashes were stuck together. I do wish she alternated the lengths a little bit more like I requested but I'll make sure that happens upon my refill. Few things to note: there's plenty of parking, the shop is very clean and you get $10 if you leave a review on Yelp with a picture and another $10 if you pre-book your refill appt 14 days after your initial appt.
