I'm sorry but everything has really gone downhill. I'm usually nice but the lash tech I was assigned was horrible. She was passive aggressive and had no patience. She couldn't even offer a blanket and I have been coming here for years. What is so hard about offering someone a blanket? She kept pushing my head back and forth. How hard is it to be nice? I understand that she has personal issues and what not but then they need to treat their employees better than if they don't let them eat. Her studio is located in Salon Village. Just ask the front desk if you are confused. It should be on the right a few doors down. She had me in and out within an hour in a half. I've gone to lash extension places that took 3 hours before. I had a great time chatting with her and getting to know her. She is very sweet and humble. I'm not sure what it's called but I did the set that has a couple of lashes clumped together. It gives a lot more volume. I got it done for my trip to Vegas and all my girlfriends complimented me on my lashes. They lasted me 3 weeks to almost a month! I would definitely go back to her. I loved this place when I went. Scheduling was so easy and they had open spots next day. Customer service is a1! This honestly could have just been the tech I ended up going to but it's a week later and my lids are almost bald lol Lashes were beautiful but as a former lash tech myself, I've never experienced crunchy lashes and people around me could hear if I scratched my eyes.. like Velcro. Have been going to this location for a while and I can say by far it has the best customer service compared to other places, if you are unhappy with your lashes or have discomfort they are very understanding and can fix it to your liking and have many different styles and lengths compared to others and so far every time I go for my fill the place is clean and most times I've gone for my appointments I get attended right away and don't have to wait. I love it here. Booking is always easy and they communicate with you in advance in regard to appointment times. Quinn is my go to girl! She's great, quick, and kills my lashes every time. This is the only lash bar I trust with my lashes. I've been to many in houston, and they can never get my desired look right. Gorgeous lash nails it every time. I've found other places to be an extremely long and often uncomfortable process. At gorgeous lash, the studio is clean and comfy. I literally almost fall asleep every time. They are priced really well, parking is convenient, scheduling is easy, and they are fast/efficient at the application. Horrible. I decided to give this place a try again since everyone said Katie did a wonderful job, it's only been a week!! and I'm dealing with clumps falling off . I got classics however when I brushed my lashes they fell and I noticed they were putting more than 1 classic lash on each lash . No wonder I had a lot of fall out they're damaging lashes . Our natural lashes aren't strong enough to hold fans that are classic. DO NOT COME HERE! Zero stars if I could. I used to be a long time client but not anymore. They have lowered the standards on their lashes and they do not care if you are in pain in the process. I've had lashes for years and have never experienced the amount of pain I went through. I had to tell the girl to stop because I couldn't take it anymore and just the fan she gave my while my eyes were closed helped nothing. They gave me a chemical burn in my eye and when I called to tell them and show the doctors note they said I was wrong and that don't use chemicals. No apology, nothing. The atmosphere is relaxing and tranquil. Once you enter the studio, you're immediately greeted by great customer service. The waiting area is spacious and clean. The decor is very modern and chic!!!!! They service by appointment only therefore you never have to wait long for your appointment. I've been getting my lashes done by Katie for months but her appointment get booked up pretty fast. Today I had my lashes refilled by Jackson and they look just as great!! His hands are very gentle!!! There was no discomfort at all. I have my usual style as Volume Sexy #12. They offer a variety of styles and many lengths. They will do your lashes as you requested and if you don't know, they will consult and offer their best suggestions for you. I've been a satisfied customer for months! Then they'll text you and let you know if your lash tech is available at that time/come early/or suggest a diff tech. It's really annoying. SPECTACULAR SPECTACULAR! I absolutely love this place. I will be coming here from now on. Usually I go to another place to get my lashes done every three weeks and was hesitant on trying a new place because I was afraid of change. However, while going through the drive-through at In-n-Out in Katy, the cashier had amazing lashes and when I asked her where she got it done at, she said it was far (for her, close for me). It was around the corner from my place and it was so easy to book an appointment because they are open 7 days a week from 8:30am-7:30pm. They have a website that makes it easy to schedule. When I got there, Bao welcomed me with his fabulous nails and lashes (LOVE!) and the person doing my lashes (Hanni) did such a great job. She took her time and made sure each of my lashes were filled. Since they had so many slots open, it really allowed Hanni to spend the time on my lashes. When my eyes burned at the end (they always burn a little bit) she let me lay there for an extra ten minutes so let the fan blow them dry. While they were drying, she plucked my eyebrows for free!
