An appointment requires a $25 deposit that will go toward the full amount after your appointment is done. The staff was very quick with scheduling an appointment and got me an earlier time as spots opened up. It's located in a spacious plaza with good parking. I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment today and finally just left. My appointment was at 4pm. When I got there at 4pm I checked in and I washed my lashes. Then at 4:30 after I had been waiting for 30 minutes, I went up to the counter and asked if I needed to reschedule. She told me my appointment was for 430. This was not true. So I waited another 15 minutes. Still nothing. You may think that I just got it wrong except another client walked in and said she had an appointment at the same time. They told her she wasn't on the schedule. The chances of two people getting it wrong is low. I don't have a ton of free time in my life. HORRIBLE! The first time I came here (a few months ago), I went to Asia. Not only were my lashes falling out immediately after getting them done but she was asking me questions like "oh you're a veteran?" , "let me know when we can get married so I can get benefits." .... i decided to give them another chance but called and specifically said I wanted someone different. They booked me with Jenny. When I arrived, the girl at the front said "oh I'm sorry, they switched you to Asia so the schedule could work for them" and after I reiterated I didn't want asia, the girl at the front said there was nothing they could do and i would just have to see Asia I left. Got a call from Jenny apologizing and asking me to come back. It was cool... she referred me to Sophia for the next time because my lashes are super curly. Sophia started okay.. but the last time I went to her, she was eating chocolate while doing my lashes. It got to the point where I had to ask her if she could stop. I'm not the kind of person that likes those ASMR sounds so hearing her constantly chewing while over my head was irritating to say the least. Today, I showed a pic of what I wanted and she said she could TRY. It was a simple wispy lash FILL (emphasis on a fill). It started off okay until Sophia starting mushing something around in her mouth again . My appointment was at 1145 - I didn't leave until almost 2 hours later just for my lashes to look nothing like the picture. They don't look bad but they are not what I asked for. I gave this place a try after purchasing the Group-On coupon for a full lash extension with refill. I called Dream Lash Studio to book an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. Dream Lash Studio is one of the places that asks for your credit card/debit card number to hold in case you do not show up or run late. I do not know the amount of charge or number of minutes before you are counted late. Most likely 15 minutes after your appointment time. Appointments run from 10 AM to 5 PM. My first visit here was the last appointment on this one day, but the this one client for a 4:30 PM appointment was still waiting in the lobby. I arrived at 4:55 PM for my appointment, and I wasn't acknowledged by the male technician. He arrived to the counter and informed sorry about the tardiness and handed a new patient form to the other client. I know there are at least three eyelash technicians at this facility, but the fact he didn't acknowledge me or hand me a form to speed up the process was not a check in my book. My eyelash technician was an older lady who finished with her previous client at 5:15 PM, who happened to inform me that the male technician did not tell her that I arrived. I quickly filled out the new patient form and walked in the back. The layout of this place is simple. There are two beds per open room, so the two technicians share a room with a thin curtain between the beds. For new eyelash extension application, the appointment says 2 hours but usually is 1 hour to 1.5 hours from past experience. My lady seemed experienced because she finished my set closer to an hour -- before the other technician who probably started 20 minutes prior. The glue can burn during the process, so ask for the small fan when it burns. I never had a bad experience thus far. My second time here was for a refill with a different technician, who was younger. I really liked her, for she carefully listened to what I was wanting. She probably finished the refill set within 40 minutes. I scheduled a return refill for 2 weeks with her, which costs $56. I believe refill for 3 weeks is around $80. Standard rules after eyelash extension application: -Do not get your lashes wet within the next 6 hours. The hours change from each technician or eyelash studio. A friend even informed she was told within the next 24 hours, which is a little ridiculous in my opinion. 6 hours worked fine for me. -Gently brush with a spoolie brush after your showers or when wet. -Use makeup remover oil-free to remove makeup. Oil tends to weaken the lash extensions. -Better care means longer stay for the most part. The other little part depends on how well the lash is applied by technician. read more

I went to their website on 2/22 and booked and appointment. They charge a $25 which is normal, so i put in my credit card information. I realized that the appointment day and time I picked was only a request for an appointment and not an actual booked appointment when Fatimah texted me informing me she didn't have the time I requested available and offered another date and time. I let her know that didn't work for me and requested my money back and got no response from her. The next day I texted her and asked for my money back and she told me I would have by the end of the day. I was going through credit card statements today and realized that the money was never returned to me. I got my brows here microbladed a couple months ago. Sad to say, despite all the raving reviews they have here on yelp, I literally had the worst microblading nightmare. I showed Jenny inspo pictures on how I wanted my brows to look like but she kept insisting she knows what she's doing and I trusted her. I wanted an arched brow look but she gave me straight brows. A 2 hour microblading appointment turned to 3.5+ hours... My brows were so raw from having to redo the shape several times and I even started bawling crying. It was terrible. She had another technician come to check on me. At the end, Jenny didn't let me pay which I really appreciated because it shows me that she does care truly about her customers and for that I applaud her. She told me why would she make me pay when I'm already sad about my brows. However, I wished I never came for microblading here. It truly ruined my brows. Needless to say and although she still offered it after not letting me pay, I never went back for my touch up. Why would I? My Ambre (or however you spell it) brows lasted for years and Then some, still in great condition:) after they healed I literally followed minimal instructions. I understand this next part may not apply to everyone but after following the strict care instructions, once my brows healed, I literally followed next to non of the extra protocol. I resumed normal routine after they healed. I have oily skin (nothing I could do about that lol), lightening, exfoliating face wash, and don't typically wear sunblock. Please follow the aftercare Im just saying that to say that on top of my brows looking so wonderful, they have also lasted above and beyond the normal wear and tear lol. I have been so lucky. For years I haven't had to worry about plucking or filling in. For years I have been getting constant compliments! CONSTANT. All because I trusted Sophie to make them look good. And she delivered! It really has made such a difference in my appearance and confidence. I actually rescheduled sooo much because I didn't need the touch up but decided to go ahead and fill in the edges and go darker and it was fast and B E A U TEE FUL AS USUAL. I have had plenty of eyelash extensions and this place is closer to my home so I thought I would give them a try. The install takes 2 hours, which for me was new. The technician explained that it is because they put 150 lashes which would take up to 1 hour each eye. These are details I should have asked when I Made my appointment. She also informed me that for a refill it would take an hour and if I wait three weeks it would cost around only a few dollars less that a full set. Fills for volume for 2 weeks is $66. Very maintainable. I always get compliments for them, and she gives you the lashes you want. They last very long, and does not bother my eyes at all. Can barely feel the glue (only when I rub my eyes) but it lasts for a long time. She also recommends products that you would need, but does not push you to buy it like some places. I'm an avid lash wearer. I just wanted to give them a chance because they were so close and my regular lash tech was booked for 2 weeks. Here are my reasons: 1. The lash tech did not adhere to my requests. I told her I wear 13/14s, she gave me what she wanted, very short 12s. 2. My lash tech also allowed me to bump my head on the lamp when switching sides, I'm 8 months pregnant. She did not attempt to help me whatsoever. 3. At the end she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done, I told her "no", her response was, " you just let them grow wild?". I was so over it. 4. My lashes lasted all of 2 weeks, that's it. She's a perfectionist so you know your lashes will come out FLAWLESS! She's been doing eyelash extensions for 20 years so she knows what she is doing. I get volume mixed with the regular so it looks natural. They can last up to 3 weeks but I usually go back 2-2.5 weeks for a refill even though they are still really full. She is also the top tech there for microblading as a few of my girlfriends had it done and they are in love with their new eyebrows. Jenny is also super sweet so the conversation is very positive and relaxing, like your hanging out with a good friend. I had a wedding and a weekend vacation to LA coming up, so I figured I'd make my life a little easier and get myself some lash extensions so that I'd be camera ready all day any day. I looked on groupon and found a deal for a full set and refill for $109, which is great since most places charge about $90 (for first time clients) for a full set and perhaps starting around $50 for a refill. I called the week of and quickly booked an appointment with Jenny. The business is located in this shopping center with plenty of parking. I had come in about 5-7 minutes earlier than my appointment since I knew I'd fill out some paperwork beforehand. Oh I probably should've mentioned that I have gotten lash extensions before, so I pretty much know the drill to the process and upkeep. Jenny greeted me warmly and asked me what exactly I was looking to achieve with the lash extensions, and we both readily agreed to the natural look. The entire application took about 2 hours to finish, which was a little longer than I'm used to, but the outcome was great!
