This time, with a master sylist-Julie!! Julie did her thannnnnggggg!!!!! I booked a refill with Julie after 2.5 weeks of wearing the full set that Nathalie initially installed. Remember from the last review, Nathalie took 50 minutes to do my full set . I knew more time could've been given, but since I was a total newbie, I shrugged it off. This time around, Julie took about 45 minutes to do the refill. Yes, a refill!!!!!!!! My first stylist did not take her time and clearly did not give me the full look I deserved. I am officially indebted to Julie as she gave me exactly what I KNEW I was missing. Today, I decided to show the image of my lashes after walking out with Julie. Conveniently located, clean facility and affordable special for a first timer. It was very informative to speak with the front desk staff yet a bit overwhelming. All the lengths, depth and shape was explained but done quickly. We had a private studio but the door was kept open not sure why and didnt know there was a leg pillow for support that would help with comfort for the service. The lash stylist was kind but hard to understand not sure if it was her mask or her accent. She was quick in her application but for my first experience here the customer service could have been better. I was provided a paper on aftercare but never got shown the products and upon check out the staff was on their phone. Lashes look nice I wish the staff was lore personable. read more

They suggest #9 & #10 but I didn't know what that meant. They were too long & I wasn't happy. The timeframe to have them redone is 3 days. I called in two days later to say I wanted them redone but it was Cmas & I couldn't do it within the 3 days. I asked to speak to the manager but instead of the manager calling me, the receptionist called to say they would wave the fee of $40. to remove them and give me half off a new set. I asked again to have the manager call. She said she would have her call but she has not called yet and it is 8 days since I have had them done. 2/18- manager Kayla hung up in my face as I was trying to book my services. She then said she is refusing services because I "left a negative review" so be careful if you share a review about your experience and it is not five stars, you will be denied services. She claims customer services, her top priority, but hung up in my face and doesn't care to fix the issues that I've encountered. I explained to her that I would love for them to change my mind about their customer service and I would be happy to take my review down or change it, but she didn't care. BAD go to a stand alone lash artist. Management has no customer service etiquette. They blame things on system errors then don't have their story's straight. Double book you. Switch your appointments to higher costing services without telling you. They have excuses but nothing to offer for their inconveniences. They promised me $5 off through text yet over charged me more than the original service I booked. The lash artists I've gone to are good, but it's the absolute worst dealing with management and front desk services. Supposedly she is going to have her general manager Lindsay call me. read more

I've been going to this location for over 4 years and have found the lash technicians knowledgeable and professional. However in the last few months the 6D volume lash extensions have been the worst quality. I have had to go back almost weekly for a full set costing much more than the 160 I pay monthly for the membership. I just recently registered a couple of complaints and finally decided to cancel. Upon canceling, rather than being treated like a long term customer who never complains and always tips generously, I was informed by text that I was not welcome to come back to use my credits. Very interesting and ridiculous since I had made it crystal clear by canceling that I would not be returning to this location. While I was extremely frustrated that I was again paying double and using both monthly credits for one set of lashes that were barely showing, I was not upset with the staff. I was upset with the very poor quality. They did offer to redo them, but I decided to cancel and find a new lash place as the best course of action to resolve the quality problem. What's more is that the manager was rude and dismissive and paid no attention to the fact that a long-standing - 4-5 year customer was not happy with the results. They sent several Lengthy text messages claiming I was unhappy with the price not the quality. Make no mistake, i will pay and have paid for good quality. I will not spend the price of a new Mercedes each month for wispy, yet with heavy thick glue, lashes that fall out in two to 5 days. If you want good quality here, ask for Julie. None of the other good lash technicians are still working here and the manager Kayla is extremely unprofessional, does not care about customer relationships and will take any feedback you have and gaslight you if you dare to voice any concern, no matter how valid your concern is. I really tried to keep this relationship after all these years, but the quality and customer service is no longer there. I will try another location because past experiences at the I-10 and Cypress locations were excellent. It's a bit further to drive, but well worth it to get what you pay for and not be gaslighted if you ever have an issue. It's clear to me that this location is failing and having trouble keeping their once talented staff. Wow and her answer is I've never been there. "SIMPLY AMAZING!" Quinn has been doing my lashes since Fall of 2021! I love being able to wake up and go, and no makeup is necessary with eyelash extensions! They are light, feathery, and totally natural looking. I could not be happier with the results! We have a HOT TUB that I use often. My lashes seem to hold up nicely as long as I am careful. I do follow Quinn's directions of not getting them wet for 3 days to let the glue dry! I recently met the new manager, Tina. I asked her several questions about my account and my monthly plan. I recently went to get my lashes done again after all the chaos. I got a full set of volumes with Natalie!!! She did an amazing job. This is a photo after 5 days and I cleaned my lashes and they are still full which is great. Only downfall is when you have multiple credits you can't use it for upgrades or volume refills. First of all, my lash artist Mary did great at her job. She's new so she's a little slow, but she did her job right as far as I can tell. The issue was in dealing with the front desk. This was my first time here, I made an appointment online the day before with an artist named Vicky. She had good reviews online so I felt comfortable booking with her. When I went in for my appointment, I arrived ten minutes early and told the receptionist my name and that I had an appointment with Vicky. She checked the system and asked me if I'm "Maddie Roberts" because that's who the system shows Vicky has an appointment with. She apparently also found me in the system but that I was not with Vicky. I told her again what my name is, and even showed her my email confirmation WHICH SPECIFICALLY SAYS MY NAME AND VICKY'S NAME. Once again, she looked at me like I was stupid and asked me whether I'm sure I'm not Maddie Roberts. At that point, I knew I was dealing with an absolute idiot. She asked me whether I booked appointments under two names. What on earth? When the lash techs from the back came to the front desk to see what the hold was, this receptionist kept giving them side eye looks and saying I'm Maddie Roberts in the system. Lady, I just told you I'm not Maddie Roberts. Since there was no other customer present at the time, they just told me to go ahead with Vicky. When Vicky took me back there, the receptionist came running out to say that I was actually with another artist called Mary. At that point, I just wanted my lash job done and to get out of there so I just went forward with it. I don't know what was so confusing to this receptionist, but while I was getting my lashes done I overhead her messing up other people billing etc. so she clearly wasn't with it. Inexperience is fine, but side eyes and insisting that I must have booked under some other name, what the heck? I came last week to get my lashes done and the new manager was very rude, bragging on how she fired everyone while not knowing how to work the system herself. She then proceeded to take 15 minutes to check me out, the only customer of the day. I let her know multiple times I had to run and didn't have time to wait on her to figure out their system. I've been getting my lashes done for over 5 years and this was hands down the worst experience. Some lash artists are better than other but this is the first time it was painful and I actually feared for the health of my eyes. She plucked an eyelash out on one eye and then taped my eyelid up so much it opened eye. Natually my eye started burning and watering. I told her it was burning and she just gave me a fan and told me to relax. The fan just added dryness to the burning and I ended up having her stop because I genuinely feared for the health of my eyes.
