The process for lash extensions takes a couple hours, and he was great the whole time. Khai & David are so precise when going back and checking to make sure there were no mistakes. They give you options on which extensions you would like to use, their mink is SO soft!! I came here to get my lashes done for the first time for a trip to Florida and I just have to say, I love them so much. And ngl but the quality of the lashes must be really good because they lasted me almost 4 weeks with minimal care. Either it's the quality and work or just my lashes, who knows? Alina is the tech you should ask for! I really didn't know what to expect with getting lash extensions, but Alina was great at explaining the process and answering any concerns I had. She made me feel comfortable, which I appreciated as a first-timer. I have been coming to this studio for two years and it's never crossed my mind once to go anywhere else. David does my lashes but anyone on their team provides exceptional service. In terms of cost, customer service, and quality of work they are amazing and one of the best. I recently moved to Orlando and did try one other place but it wasn't the same. Not only does the J Lash team work efficiently to get their work done, but the quality is there as well as the speed. A normal refill takes about an hour (mostly because I take terrible care of my lashes). The place in Orlando took 2 1/2 hours to do my refill, which is the time it normally takes to put on a full set. The technicians are very thorough with their clients to understand their previous experiences and the results they expect to see when the service is complete. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but that's not an option. I've been getting my lashes done for sometime now and thought I would try J Lash since it is right around the corner from work. I went a total of 3 times. The first two times my eyes burned after getting them done. I thought maybe it was just coincidence because I was having sinus and upper respiratory issues both times. The third and last visit I got a horrible allergic reaction to the glue. My eyes were swollen and the skin around my lashes top and bottom had large about of glue on them. So much so that the allergic reaction to the made me lose skin in those area. As if that wasn't enough I lost most of my real lashes on my top lid and bottom. In over a year of getting lashes done else where never did I experience anything like this. read more

I've been coming to J Lash for about four months now and I absolutely love it! My first time coming in I sat down with Khai and he showed me pictures and different types of lashes helped me choose which lashes I wanted. I get my lashes refilled every 3 weeks, but honestly I think the lashes last so well I could really go 4 weeks between appointments. This is definitely the place to go for microblading. Jayden answered all my questions up front. The location is nice inside and clean. Honestly though, the bottom line is the results. I love the way my eyebrows look now! They seem completely natural and not out of place when I'm not wearing make up. I never have to worry about filling them in anymore.
