I have been going to unique brows for about one or two years and have always had no issues. Nadia had been doing my eyebrows for most of the duration since she's been working there because I would say she is sort of new. Anyways i moved away and haven't been back for about two months or so and I decided to go get my eyebrows done because I liked the way she did them. But to be honest the last time she did them they were kinda messed up, this is why I decided to go to the other lady who is super sweet but today she was not there. I really like this brow salon. It's always clean. Always smells good. The employees and people getting service are always respectful. You have to pay attention to your spot in line if it's crowded but I've never observed an issue. I just make a mental note of who was here when I arrive because it fills up fast. The owners name is Navine. She's been in beauty business for a long time. She is awesome and so is her staff. I think they just got two new ladies so yay maybe they can take more customers. The location is convenient between a hair salon and fri-yo spot. I can usually work in a visit anytime I'm running errands. Lots of parking in this strip. Like right now on this fine Sunday I'm waiting in line for my spot in one of their 5 chairs. It doesn't takes them long to thread brows maybe 8 minutes each. I typically have my brows threaded and tinted which is $18 all together and takes 20 minutes. I have seen plenty of full face waxes and threading which usually takes 30 minutes if you get stuck behind them. I hope Unique Brows is around for a long time. i hate to leave bad reviews at places. i usually come here to get my brows done and i never have an issue. i got my brows done this weekend, and i had a lady whos never done my eyebrows before. i asked for a tint and some threading. after she adds the tint, she leaves to work on someone else for 10 minutes. when she came back to clean the tint off. she didnt even clean it up after and the tint was everywhere on my eyebrows. it looked uneven,thick, and dark. i had the tint on my skin, and it looked so bad. i had to go clean it up myself to make it look better. i didnt mind at first because i was able to clean it up on my own, but a few days later. i start getting bumps and little scabs around my eyebrows. i thought it would clear up but it hasnt. i noticed she didnt put any aloe vera on after like the other ladies usually do. now around my eyebrow is red and has a big bump around it. very horrible! i love going here to get my eyebrows done but that one lady ruined the experience for me. read more

I've been coming to this place for a long time and they do an amazing job! Navin is my go to, and she does an incredible job every single time. They're clean, friendly and do an amazing job. They offer a lot of different services like eyebrow dying (which they do really well), waxing and eyelash extensions. They're also really cheap compared to other places. I get my eyebrows threaded for $6, and they have a punch card that gives you a free threading after the tenth time. Went on July 3rd right before the holiday so of course the salon was busy/packed and only two girls were threading at the time, another lady was in a private room doing a facial or waxing of some sort. I waited about 30 mins to get just my eyebrows done, I've been going to this location since it opened back in 2015 as you can see from my last review and I've become familiar with all the techs and even the owner but this tech I've never went to. She was kind of petite, short, wore glasses and had a long pony tail. My eyebrows don't grow as much so I go literally every two months maybe, so I barley had outgrown bushy brows when I went. The tech was SOOOOOO hard on me, like she was in a rush! I get that you're busy but you don't need to rush and take it out on my brows. She cut me and made my eyebrows swollen (it's the second day and they're still sore and swollen!) i recommend NOT coming before a holiday or even when they're busy since they'll rush you out the chair! read more

I used to be a regular and they did pretty good with the eyebrow threading and tinting until recently. One of the ladies (not Navin) completely thinned out my left eyebrow and left it with an uneven arch. I was really upset because I just went in for a "clean up" since I had already gotten my eyebrows done about 2 weeks before that so there was no excuse for them to mess up. The shape the novice stylist left me with reminded me of my middle school friends when they started experimenting with tweezers, that's how BAD the shape was! Square with no arch transition and sharpie marker thin. At first I refused to pay for the service, but the stylist who worked on my eyebrows and Navin as well, insisted I had to pay full price and they could just "fix" my eyebrows once they grew back. WOW really? They didn't even offer a complimentary tint or eyebrow service discount at the least for my troubles. Needless to say, here we are one month later still trying to grow my eyebrows. I'm still upset the stylist didn't own up to her mistake and kept trying to prove I was wrong. For that, I am no longer a customer. read more

I have been going to this place for almost a year and I love it! I'm giving the 4/5 stars because there was a lady that did my eyebrows once (which I have never done it with her before) and she messed up my shape and tinted my eyebrows WAYYY too dark. But, one of the ladies I have found has always done an exceptional job. I have never gotten her name (which I should), but I believe the lady that messed up my eyebrows doesn't work there anymore because I haven't seen her in a while. The only other complaint I have of this place is it does not ever open on time. So if you plan on coming, come at LEAST an hour later than when it actually opens, because 9/10 you will be waiting there for a while. This place is definitely worth its buck and it's cheaper than a lot of other places. I always wait until I come home from college to get my eyebrows done. Take a chance here!! read more
