It all happened simply because they didn't look at the list and call customers accordingly. The owner lacks humility and respect. Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. I was also shocked the first time I got a fill, It's pretty standard for technicians to stick to a certain time-frame when doing your lashes so if they don't get to them all you just don't have a complete/full set. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I very disappointed but I waited 2 months for them to grow out, and finally decided it was time to go back and get them fixed. At that point my eyebrows were very hideous and over grown.
