Just got my eyebrows done here for the first time as a walk-in. Got seen immediately! I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! The woman who did my brows was wonderful, she was quick while still very efficient. She also worked so quickly it honestly didn't even hurt. Place was clean and well put together. Would highly recommend coming here if you want a new brow threading place! read more

I went a few weeks back, I didnt get the ladys name. But she let me in few minutes before closing time to fix my eyebrows & she did an amazing job & even comforted me while i was upset whenever an other lady from a other location messed up my eyebrows. I will always recommend this place! read more

I've been looking for a new threading salon and I had a great experience. I asked for something but my brow person explained how my current shape is perfect and just needs definition instead of thinning. I love how my brows look! I also got my upper lip threaded and that was the smoothest less painful upper lip and brow threading I've ever had! The staff is very friendly and it's very clean. I appreciate they just offer threading and henna so it cuts down on excessive wait times. Unlike other threading salons that offer several services leading you extended wait time. This is definitely my new threading spot! read more

(I found somewhere that's like my favorite lady Shabana) Soniya did excellent. I absolutely love my brows and her service. She's friendly welcoming, and smell great. My favorite is that she take the thread out and away from the brows, like I'm use to. Yes ma'am get All the outer perimeters! I'll be back. Samia at Brow City does a quick and painless job! My cousin recommended her to me and I am not disappointed. Back home I was used to paying $30 (pre tip) for threading, so to pay $10 pre tip here is an additional bonus! Go visit Samia at Brow City! P.S. my brows were pretty unruly because it has been over a year since I've gone for a threading! read more

The ONLY spot in Houston that I will go to get my brows done. Samia never fails to give the best brows I could ask for time after time. She'll ask you how you want your brows to look, and depending on that & the shape of your brows, she'll explain the best course of action to take. She explains the type of brow you have, how she plans to shape it, and why she suggested that shape. (Of course you have the final say regarding how your brows look) I just really love this place because Samia really takes the time to individualize your experience and makes sure you leave satisfied. My brows are $8 every time I get them done & after every 7 visits, you get a free threading. read more

The ladies here are great. My brows have never look better, and they make holistic recommendations that make my brows look beautiful.

I'm a frequent client and visited on a day the owner was out of town I felt safe in Pari's hands, she educated me the same way the owner does and provided me with a great experience. Great chair side manners and thoughtfulness read more

I am so disappointed with my experience at Brow City today. I've had to go out and buy something to try and cover up how my eyebrows were done today. It's the same lady who has been doing them but I guess today was a really, really off day for her. I hope what they say about castor oil is true cause it looks like I'll be trying to regrow them‍ read more

Brow City - Awesome threading - Henna Artists Near Me - Houston, Texas

I loved my experience at brow city. That's my new favorite place to go and get my brows done. I am very specific when it comes to how I want my brows to look, and the lady who did my brows got it done exactly how I wanted. I loved both of the women that work there, they were funny and very polite. I thought I had lost my purse there the day that I went and they were worried for me, they double checked the camera and they called me back to update me. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Been coming here for 6 years , all ladies are great , fast too . Never disappointed with my brows after coming

Great place for eyebrows and threading in general. All the ladies do great work. I highly recommend them!

I love Brow City. The tail end of my brows take forever to grow in and each lady I have mentioned this to is careful with them. I don't remember their names, but there are typically 2 different people working during the times I go and each one does a good job. read more

Been coming here for a couple of years now, every time the customer service is amazing and they guide you on how to maintain your eyebrows

I had an appointment with Samia yesterday at 5, however, she didn't do my brows. Peri did them. I assumed it was because they had a lot of customers and was trying to get everyone out. I didn't mind though. A friend of mine recommended Brow City and said that they both did a great job. I LIKE my brows but she cut my skin with the thread and left welt marks under my eyebrow. The welts didn't form right away, so I didn't notice until I got home. It's the next day now, and it still burns. read more

I dropped in because I was nearby and have been wanting to get my eyebrows tinted. They are very light and not full so I was thinking about getting henna. After speaking with one of the ladies there, I decided to have the tinting done, and it turned out better than expected. They weren't too dark as I was afraid they might be. They are known for threading, and had quite a few customers coming in while I was there. Very friendly employees at this business and welcome to me when I came in the door. I will definitely go back. read more

My eyebrows receive great detail when I'm here and I always get compliments. Also, the technique must be different than other places I've threaded at and my eyebrows require less touch ups. Hair grows a lot slower ! Great place. I've had two different staff members work on me and both were great. I am very particular about my shape and they do an amazing job. read more

All the ladies are experienced and have good insight in how to shape, clean, and rebuilt for all types of eyes brows. They take their time in wanting to understand what your needs are in terms of grown and correction for all facial hair removal. I highly recommend this place for threading all areas of the face. They are very friendly and super fast the place is also very clean. My new favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded

Samia is very professional when it comes to her techniques and listening to her clients. I've never done threading before and she was very patient and helpful walking me through the whole process. I really like how she would try her best to work with everyone's brows shape and enhance your natural beauty, instead of just try to thin them all. After 3 visits, my brows are done with shaping. Will only need to go back and have it cleaned once every few weeks. Clean and cute studio, relaxing playlist (smooth jazz), and awesome customer services! read more

This place has 5 stars for a reason! Samia...hands down!!! I went here for the first time the other day based off the great reviews and was very very happy! My arches aren't the same for both eyes but she did what she could to adjust it and give them more arch and better shape. I loved the outcome and will definitely be back. I absolutely love this place, Samia usually does my eyebrows and her work is AMAZING! I like my eyebrows thick and have tried many places even more expensive places, but this is always my favorite. I have one eyebrow naturally thicker than the other and Samia always makes them look the most similar I ever had in my life! Shape, similarity, thickness, length EVERYTHING she does great, on top of all that customer service is good too, you will always be greated when coming and leaving. I don't mind the 30 min drive for the services :p read more

THIS IS THE BEST BROW THREADING PLACE EVER!!! I have been going with Samia since i was 13 and she has never failed me. The energy has always been great and when she sees that a person needs a break, she gives them a break no problem i always get compliments on my brows and i always recommend BROW CITY!! read more

Absolutely terrible. Went to the best brow technician according to Yelp reviews. Lady talked the whole time about why she couldn't do my eyebrows the way I requested--as if I haven't been to get threaded before and had no experience with another person capable of doing the job. After it was all said and done she cut me under my right eye and the threading she did wasn't even clean or sharp. She kept going over places to clean it up upon my request and then eventually stopped when she cut me. She explained it would fade away--which thankfully it did after two weeks and charged me full price for the terrible service. read more

The ladies are top tier! They know what to do when it comes to threading and face shape!!!

I drove an hour yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded by Samia. I needed my eyebrows to be on point because I'm the maid of honor for my sisters wedding next week. Samia did an awesome job! She is very friendly and explains what needs to be done. I also had my daughter and husband get their eyebrows done as well. It was their first time getting anything done to their eyebrows. Her worker (sorry I forgot her name) did an amazing job on their brows as well. I'm happy I found my brow spot even though it's an hour away I don't mind driving to get my brows done by professionals. read more

when i first found this place it was a gem! i'll give them that they really listen to what you want done. and then explain what they will do base on your brows shape, so there's no surprise. i really do appreciate the consultation, never been to one that actually does it. however for the two times i've been there i felt like they were really heavy hand/rough on the tread. they did it really fast, which is fine, but i felt like there's a sharp blade coming at me. ive been treading my brows for over 10+ years, so its not like im complaining b/c i can't handle the pain... but lets say its more painful then most of my normal threading sessions. yes your brows will look amazing. but i decided that the pain was not worth it. will not return. maybe a better fit if you have higher pain tolerance. read more

Very consistent!! No matter which one of these ladies do my eyebrows, they always nail it! I moved out of Westchase and still only come here for my eyebrows. Would definitely recommend. read more

Once I've tried threading I never went back! I have a regular place I usually go to but because of convenience, I've opted to visit Brow City again. This was my 2nd time. I waited about 15 minutes. The first time I waited 30 minutes because the owner (don't know her name) was by herself. I didn't get her this time, but the person who helped me was pretty awesome! Her name was Abiggah? (Sorry on spelling!) I had some requests regarding my uneven brows. One actually grows downward. She made miracles! She listened and made sure I was satisfied with her work. I also had upper lip done while I was at it. The service is superb. I can see why there's always a wait. The price is a little higher than my regular place but so worth it! Brows were $8 and upper lip was $5. read more
