In the shopping center, it's a small location right next to the WalMart. I've come in multiple times and even when it's busy, the line moves quickly. There's usually one or two ladies working, but even if it's just one, the wait isn't too bad. Since Covid, they ask that only 3 people be seated in the waiting room at a time and require masks for entrance. They have a rewards system and give you a card to get signed after each visit. Come 10 times and on your 11th visit, it's free! Not too bad considering your paying under $10 to get your eyebrows threaded to begin with. Mine usually last for more than 3 weeks. Stop by when you need your brows done!

My go to hairstylist here has been Saba. She has consistently provided reliable and skillful services at the salon. With her attention to detail and personalized approach, she ensures that every haircut, hair color, eyebrow shaping, and root touch-up meets my expectations. She also provides suggestions tailored to my needs, for which I admire her a lot. Her friendly demeanor creates a comfortable atmosphere, making each visit enjoyable. 5 stars for her! The salon has a more compact layout. The space to heat your color treated hair is so tight and is in an awkward spot. I've to reduce one point mostly because of that. Although, its not a deal breaker but for these treatments, I expect a nice and relaxing ambiance. When I'm looking for ambience and getting pampered then I go somewhere else. I'd highly recommend they work on the layout to provide better customer experience. From my experience, some of their associates are very good however there are few rude associates too. Once their payment system was not working, and not the front desk lady but another associate asked me out loud at the top of her voice how much you want to pay for tip. This is just one of many incidents. Thankfully, she was not my stylist, otherwise I probably wouldn't have returned to a rude person. It has been a good experience for me with Saba. I can leave the salon happy and satisfied with the service.

I arrived at 5:00 PM, yet I was told, "We're closing, we can't take you." Instead of acknowledging that I had been given incorrect information, no one took responsibility. After I pointed it out, I was met with an annoyed attitude and a reluctant, "Fine, come in." That was very unprofessional. If you're unhappy about serving a customer, how can I trust you with my eyebrows? Customer service matters just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

I only go in for eyebrow threading, so I can't review the other services though I'd like to try a facial sometime. This location is never super busy even on the weekends; I don't think I've ever waited longer than ten mins. Eyebrows always look great! Do they also tell me that I have super hairy eyebrows and that I should let them also get rid of my mustache? Yes, but I just pretend it's my grandma giving "advice".

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR. INCOMPETENT, BURNS, AND DISHONEST MANAGEMENT.I drove 35 minutes…read moreand took half a day off for what turned out to be a traumatizing, 4+ hour nightmare. While my eyebrow threading ($11) was fine, their hair services and customer treatment are utterly pathetic.I asked for a balayage, but because my hair is short, they suggested highlights instead. I explicitly and repeatedly stated: NO blonde and NO caramel. I wanted a deep brunette/mocha brown blend with dark black roots.Instead, they completely messed up the foils and left me with bright blonde and caramel hair. Before blow-drying, the stylist forced a "conditioner" on me, aggressively insisting it was necessary, without ever mentioning a fee. As she dried my hair, she burned me with the hair dryer. When I expressed my immediate dislike for the blonde, they brought over a self-proclaimed "expert." They kept telling me, "Sister, we will do it, trust us." At that point, I just wanted an all-over dark color so I could leave and pick up my dog. They refused and insisted they could fix the highlights. Instead, without my permission or asking which color I wanted, they just painted my entire head in a root color. My hair looks exactly the same as when I walked in. To make matters worse, during the second blow-dry, the stylist burned the skin next to my left eye.The checkout process was even worse. A woman named "Aisha," who claimed to be the manager, tried to scam me. She tried to charge me for the unauthorized all-over color. Then, she tried to charge $30 for the surprise conditioner. When I called out the price, she boldly lied and claimed the "new price" was actually $50. When I told Aisha that her staff had literally burned my shoulder and face, this disgusting excuse for a human being laughed. After demanding a corporate number, she handed me a fake, junk phone number that goes nowhere. I called a different location to report this, and while that representative took my info and promised the owner would call me, I have heard absolutely nothing.Save your time, your money, and your safety. This place is an unprofessional, deceptive circus that will damage your hair, try to steal, and burn you and then laugh about it.

If you're going to visit a chain threading salon, this is absolutely the best location in the area…read more I have often left other salons disappointed in the lack of artistic care given to creating eyebrow shape, but all the women I have encountered here pay equal attention to hair removal AND shape, which is very important. I particularly like this salon because the stylists will ask you questions (i.e. Is this is a natural lack of hair growth in this particular area that I should know about, or is this a one time thing?) and give you tips (i.e. Wait 6 weeks before you come back so we can improve the shaping even more next time). I find this type of interaction rare at most chain locations. Yes, they might take a phone call while you are in their service, but that is the culture here. But after dozens of visits here, I'm convinced the people hired here have great threading knowledge that results in a relatively painless and very satisfactory job. The salon is very clean and its clear that the owners try very hard to keep improving the atmosphere. I've seen this particular location go through various transformations and it just keeps looking better!

If you have Asian or monolids, please please please just go here. I've experienced weighted heavy lashes where it made my eyes smaller at other places. But this time its just sooo beautifully done AND I can still see fully. When I had my eyelash extensions done here, the way I've experienced it was that the setup is multiple employees and their clients in the same room. And honestly it makes the environment so enjoyable. The vibes was there and it just felt like such an uplifting fun place while doing something that could be tedious work with applying each invidiual lashes. It really made me part of the family or sisterhood that they had. You would think that maybe that could distract the ones who are doing the lashes, but nope this was far from the truth. Vi made sure to go back and forth checking different angles to ensure she tackled my lashes thoroughly. I came in wanting anime lashes which can be nerve wacking as its not "common." And so based on my lifestyle and maintenance with lashes I had the help of Vi's excellent expertise. We did a Medusa/anime mix and I just absolutely love them. Probably more than I expected.

I've always wanted an anklet and it felt like it was finally time to get one. She said it takes only a few minutes and told me to speak with Vi, the owner. Vi told me she can't and won't do it because she's worried it'd fall apart in a few days and that instead, I should have Vivian do it because she does a fabulous job with permanent jewelry. I like how Vi cares about the quality and the longevity of her services. (+100 Points for being ethical and truthful!) Some places only care about taking customer's money and call it a day. Vivian wasn't scheduled to be in for the day, but she immediately came by when she heard I was interested.(More points for being so flexible!) While I was waiting, Vi was helping me pick out the chains and charms. I had questions regarding the type of metal as I'm pretty picky with jewelry and hate when things just rust and tarnish after like a month. And especially with something being "permanent", I wanted to make sure it will stand the test of time. Vi dealt with my never-ending questions and even helped me arrange the charms as she and I both know how super indecisive I am. Vivian came in and got to work right away. She was very meticulous with the placements of the charms to make sure everything looks perfect. After placing it on my ankle, Vi came out to take a look and suggested for it to be cut shorter/tighter for aesthetic purposes as well as practicality--she didn't want it to be too loose where it'd get caught in things. Vivian was super professional and even though she had to remove it off my ankle and do a re-do, she again, was very careful and took her time to make sure everything is in place. And now--I finally have an anklet! A super cute one that screams me, and it's also permanent! I stand proud having something "permanent" on me because I still can't commit to a tattoo. Maybe one day. Thank you to Xtravagant for making leave feeling super extravagant with my fluttery lashes refilled and a new forever piece jewelry!
