I have had my eyebrows threaded here for the last several years and prior to this location being open I went to the location on Highlands and Mason Rd. They are a clean facility and are great at threading. They take their time and make sure you are satisfied and will change anything you dont like. If you go during peak hours your will have to wait and you will learn what technician you feel more comfortable with than others although they are all great! read more

I absolutely do not recommend the Cinco Ranch salon. The professionals there show zero commitment to the client or to scheduled appointments. It has happened to me several times: I make an appointment and arrive on time, only to find the professional is either not there or simply busy with another client--without offering the slightest explanation. You end up waiting 30 minutes or more, and when you say you have to leave, they just say "okay." read more

it's a 50/50 shot whether you're going to have someone good or bad. my lady fucked up my eyebrows, didn't give me a chance to even look at them before she threw on gel. i'll go home and fix. i've gone before and it was really good before. so all depends i guess. read more

I went for eyebrows at Cinco ranch branch. I saw only one lady was there, she rushed to finish my eyebrows with in a few second. I asked her to fix it and she told me that I don't want to ruin the density. Definitely she didn't do the good job at all. read more

Went there for a haircut at the Cinco Ranch location. It was filthy, seems like no one ever cleans the place. The drawer full of brushes was open so I saw OMG!! Brushes were full of people's hair. No one ever cleans the equipment. Customer service is zero. Owners would be busy talking to each other totally ignoring the customer. There is a Irani lady who does a good job but she keeps pushing for more services. read more

Been a regular here to get eyebrow threading - good consistent job, would recommend !

Celina is amazing! Nice service and hood ppl. Always my place to go for eyebrows ........

Amazing eyebrow threading service ! The place is clean. The ladies are nice and know what they are doing !

I showed up for the first time for eyebrow threading. There was only 1 woman in the shop and she was rushing to do my eyebrows so quickly so she can attend to another customer. She ended up cutting me with the thread in 2 places causing me to bleed and also did a bad job on my eyebrows. I do not recommend. read more

Not so great anymore. Don't remove all the hair and I left with one brow higher than the other. Not fond of the thread hanging out of their mouths while they thread my face. It seems extremely unsanitary (what happened to looping around the neck). They also have a very blasee attitude toward customers, as if they could take your business or leave it it doesn't matter to them. I haven't received this treatment myself, but I've seen it enough times while being there. Overall, I've discovered that if I got a good threading the first, second, or maybe even the third visit...it won't last! Any recommendations out there please let me know. I need one place that I can depend on for facial threading. Thanks! read more

Had a hair appointment for 3:30, Sunday. Got there and was rudely told, "I'm too busy". No apologies. Wow. Why even make the appointment? I could have gone elsewhere. read more

I typically hate doing my hair which is why I was hesitant to even go. Armani did an AMAZING job, although he spent about 4 hours (Since I was going to a lighter color than my hair) it honestly felt like it went by fast! He was easy going, and he exceeded my expectations! Everywhere I went people complemented me on my hair, he gave me good advice on what I need to do to maintain the color, and he educated me about my hair which is what I loved about him! read more

Selina, the owner, is THE BEST eyebrows specialist!! We met her at her Highland Knolls location (where is works most days), and were thrilled when she opened this salon near Spring Green! Too bad she's only here on Tuesday. read more

I am a loyal customer of Selina. This is her 3rd location in Katy. All of the lady's in each location are great but Selina, who is at THIS location on Tuesdays, is my lady. She's not only sweet but very knowledgeable on eyebrows. Definitely go see her if you are in need to restore your eyebrows or if you are in need a new person. read more

Yasmeen salon - Hair Salons Near Me - Katy, Texas

The waxing lady was very rude and was very demanding when I came in for a simple service. She got angry when she had to use two sticks to put on the wax since I did not tell her earlier that I wanted both upper lip and chin waxing. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and did not thread my eyebrows correctly. Spent 20 minutes doing them for them to turn out absolutely terrible. Save ur money and don't ever come here read more

If you are young they will treat you poorly and do a bad job, maybe they get tired by the end of the day. Suggest you come in sooner. Made my brows far too thin even though I told her specifically not to take too much, it will take months to grow them back out and get my natural shape back. I recommend Seva salon inside of the wallmart by katy mills, they are never lazy and polite with customers. read more

I was able to walk in and have my eyebrows threaded. She was pleasant, quick and efficient. Also the price very affordable. The salon is beautifully decorated. read more

Worst service provided.. I just went for eyebrows near fort bend salon and the lady over there doesn't even know how to do it. Moreover she is arrogant saying I don't know anything read more

I come here every few months or so to get get my hair re-colored, cut, and deep conditioned. I I always ask for Nazy. She is so sweet and knows what she's doing and she always gives me random beauty tips to go lol I also like that this place offers eye brow threading so I only have to stop at one place. read more

I am new to the area so googled and found the nearest eyebrow threading place. It was quick and on point. The lady did exactly the way I wanted them. After a week I tried their fruit facial. The lady on Thursday's ( forgot her name) did an amazing job. She took her time and I felt fresher and brighter. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. read more

It was my first time having a haircut at Yasmeen salon at Cinco Ranch. There was this young man who did such a beautiful job on my hair. My friends complimented on my hair so many times and I absolutely love it! Not only I loved it, my family also loved their haircuts also!Thank you read more

I had my haircut recently and I am really disappointed. I will NOT recommend any of my friends to this place. Priced too high for the worst service. I felt like they are discriminated and unprofessional in the work they do... read more

Salon at cinco ranch road has degraded significantly over past two months . Appointments are not fulfilled , lack of professionalism and you pay for a skillful service not to be their Guinny pig to experiment on .Needless to say I have several bruises on my face. I have given multiple opportunities and I'm done they are not going to get my business read more

Just had my facial with Sara. Excellent job definitely going back to Yasmeen salon.love the way she care and good customer service.

AWFUL!!!!! I went to get my eyebrows done and asked for wax. After finishing I noticed that the lady (who works every Tuesday but wouldn't tell me her name) had BURNED my skin underneath my brows. She also left multiple stray hairs and when I confronted her she told me that when you wax it burns your skin every time. If I had been warned of this prior I would have left because I know this isn't true. I wasn't even offered a SIMPLE APOLOGY or refund...I will NOT be returning and I suggest you uses caution before deciding to go here. read more

Super kind and patient people and the place is really clean and pretty and they pierced my nose super fast and it didn't hurt as much as I thought it was going to! read more

Charged me a lot for Brazilian Blowout... after 1 wash, back to same. Burnt my forehead. Don't get hair done there.. waste of money!

The hairstylist is excellent. I give him 10 out of 10. I am very happy with my new hair cut. I highly recommend this place.

Armani is the most professional and talented hair stylist ! I have been a client since he started at Yasmeen Salon, everything he does is perfect, he is creative, has passion for his job. From hair cuts, balayage, color changes, highlights, color corrections,he is the only person I trust my hair and my daughter's hair, if you are looking for the perfect stylist, give Armani a chance, I highly recommend him . read more

First time coming here and I am super disappointed. Poor service, they don't even greet you when you come in, no smile even. The woman who did my eyebrows was pretty rough. Now why would I give them my business? Will never ever come back or recommend this place! read more

This was my second visit to Yasmeen Salon. The first visit was pleasant and I was happy with the service, so I decided to go back. There were two different people working there this time; I had not seen them before. The lady who did my eyebrows was rough, unfriendly, and seemed thoroughly uninterested in her job. The new male hair stylist who was doing a root touch-up with color I had brought in made many inappropriate personal remarks about the hair color I had chosen to use, claiming that it was not a good color for me or for my complexion. He harped on this issue many many times while I was there, making me feel very uncomfortable. His whole demeanor was sullen and unfriendly, as if he was doing me a favor by applying my hair color. He was so patronizing and unflattering. Commented on my hair length and told me it doesn't look good and I need to wear my hair shorter. It was such an ordeal. I couldn't wait to leave the salon, and I am most certainly never going back there. FYI: his color application skills leave much to be desired; he got a lot of color on my skin. read more

I have never been to a salon where they don't greet you/say anything when you walk in the door or even 10 minutes after. Good luck getting customers when you ignore the ones in your store. read more

came here today for the first time (sunday) and the lady there (forgot her name, but she was wearing dark red lipstick, i think she didn't know too much english) threaded my eyebrows. she did such an amazing job!!! she cleaned them very nicely, no spots left behind, don't even need to tweeze at home!!! definitely coming here again, like this place better than Priya's. Yasmeen's opens on sundays, unlike priya's. read more
