I made the mistake of bringing my daughter in to get her ends cut. BIG mistake and forever regret. $55 for a horrible, uneven cut. Her hair is thick and curly, but was straight at the time. The lady wet her hair to cut, I asked her to not wet her hair (because it goes back curly) and to cut it straight and dry. 4/5 inches later, her hair is uneven and just a ridiculously, sloppy cut. I'm upset on mere principle. My recommendation is if you're not comfortable cutting hair a certain way. Then say that and DON'T cut it. Jacking someone's hair up is a disservice. read more

Just left in tears after the lady in chair one bitched my eyebrows. The younger girl was nice enough to attempt and correct her work but even she said it was uneven and couldn't do much without losing more hair. The original tech tried to say she didn't pluck any air but you can clearly see that the skin in red from hair being removed and there are sharp scissor cuts to the eyebrow hair. I'm sure there are some who actually care about their work but it was clear she wa more interested in her phone call and eating snacks then doing an adequate job. Embarrassed to post a photo just providing proof read more

Anayah's Salon & Spa - Brows after leaving and an attempt being made to fix them. Even then it's still a portion of brown missing - Hair Salons Near Me - Katy, Texas

I came in as a walk in. I asked for a wash and blow dry. Without any mention of pricing, my stylist just did curls with a curling iron (not a blow dryer) on me, which I thought maybe this is just this salon's method of styling??? I paid $100 plus with tip and my hair is literally flat an hour later. I'm okay was with paying for a quality wash and style, but when I got home I noticed some pieces literally weren't even curled. I'm so disappointed. :( left at 12:30 and this is my hair an hour later. read more

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming. I specifically told the older lady technician that works in the first chair on the left that I did NOT want my brows too thin and to just clean them up and she did the complete opposite. My eyebrows are thin as ever, ends are completely gone, and she plucked the hair off the front of one of my brows too short so my brows are not the same shape. It's literally a bald spot and every time I look at it I get more pissed. If you can't provide a service based off of the customer's request and not just what you know how to do/ want to do then you need to be doing something else. Now I have to fill in my brows until they grow back. First and last time coming here. read more

First and last time coming here. I was growing out my eyebrows to hopefully get them beautifully threaded, but I should've just stayed hairy. I got my eyebrows threaded by an older lady, and I thought I was in good hands, but when I looked in the mirror I almost started crying. She had completely thinned one of my eyebrows, leaving the other one with so much hair. Why would you provide a service without knowing what you're doing? Now I had to wait a LONG time, because of how thin she left it. read more

Came back for my lash lift and it was perfect as well! Thank you so much for your attentiveness.

Walked in with my sister and they greeted us, you need mask, it is mandatory here. I am fully vaccinated but I don't mind wearing mask and following protocols. The salon is spacious and they have waiting areas. The entrance has enough space while you wait for your turn. My eyebrow tech was amazing and she kept saying let me know if you want me to fix anything. This was my first time here and I loved my eye brows. Thank you read more

I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received today. I normally come to this establishment for my eyebrows and she has never done them this bad before I wasn't able to make it two weeks ago because they were closed from a power outages. I came in today and she proceeded to take off 70% of my eyebrows and it is giving early 2000 eyebrows. I asked her why she did them like this when I've been here before and she's never done it like this before and she said because one was thinner than the other so she had to take more off of both of them. I asked her why she didn't tell me before or communicate with me before and she had no explanation other than you're right your service is free today. I'm absolutely upset because it's gonna take so long for my eyebrows to grow back. I left with eyebrows worse than when I came in. read more

Always have a great experience here. I like that no matter the tech they do fairly the same thing, although I love Sarah. She always listens to specific requests and is very accommodating. Prices are fair and I have never had any issues especially as someone who is very picky with people who do my eyebrows. They have a loyal customer here! read more

calm and quiet environment! i was greeted and got my wax done quick and painless! prices are reasonable as well, i will be coming back thank you! read more

Went in for a basic hair trim & eyebrow threading. I did end up getting a tint as well. First off the hair trim wasn't terrible. But it's just a trim, no extra AT ALL. on the phone i was quoted $30, then $35, & in store i ended up paying $40. so i'm confused as to why there are discrepancies in pricing. because $40 for them to spray some water on my hair & cut it straight seems pretty pricey to me. not to mention she wasn't exactly gentle, & then blamed it on my hair texture saying my hair was dry. As for the eyebrow threading & tint. that was $20. But i will say i will never get another tint. i'm not sure if it's just because i do have thinner brows that it looks extremely off but i did not like how they turned out at all. i was hoping for something more natural, instead the look overly drawn & uneven. & i know a lot of people will say i should've said something, but as a young adult who has terrible anxiety, i was honestly just racing to get out of there before i cried. overall, i don't think i would return. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and my hair trimmed. I needed to feel rejuvenated and I was very happy with the touch up! I'm pretty picky about who I let touch my eyebrows and hair so I am happy they listened to what I wanted and made me feel brand new! I will be coming again. read more

Sophia gets my eyebrows right every time. She's the only one I will go to. She cleans up my brows really well and gets my desired shape perfectly. & the prices are great too. Highly recommend! read more

Stop in today (just noticing then being next door to Kroger) Sophia greeted me upon walking in. Asking me what I needed done & giving me the pricing. I was put in a chair w/ 5 mins. Sophia did my brows, she made sure to ask what I was looking for. I was planning on a threading & a tint ($22), but Sophia explained that the tint will last but not a dark. Where the henna eyebrows would last longer & darker for $25. Which was great because I have very dark brows. My brows came out just prefect. Sophia has a loyal customer in me! read more

This review is for eyebrow threading only. The salon is very clean and looks modern. Sofia threaded my eyebrows and she made sure my eyebrows stayed thick with a nice arch shape. She tended to my sensitive skin needs as she was super careful while threading ensuring the process didn't hurt. Thanks Sofia! read more

Every time I visit, I tell the technician the same thing; don't take anything off the ends, just clean up the front. The technician that works at the first chair on the right ALWAYS listens to me, and I love my brows when she does them. As for the technician that works at the first chair on the left, she does NOT listen. Her name is Sophia. I genuinely can't believe there are so many good reviews for her here, because she is AWFUL. Not only does she take off the ENTIRE end of my brow (seriously there is no hair left), she always cuts my face! This is the second time I have had the exact same experience. I decided to give her a second chance and literally the exact same thing happened. I am missing 1/3 of my eyebrow (the end that she completely cut off) AND I have cuts between my brow and my eyelid. I will continue to recommend this salon, but NEVER Sophia. If I go again and she is the only one working, I will simply leave and come back another day. It's not worth it to have cuts on my face and have to regrow the end of my eyebrow! read more

I don't get my eyebrows threaded regularly but I do go at least 1x a month. This time, they HURT and one of my eyebrows is straight with no arch. I sense that it was the tech I had so should you visit ask for Faozia - I believe she's the manager and most people request her. read more

This place is so professional every time I visit. I leave with my eyebrows always looking very nice. This establishment is also very clean every time I'm there I can always smell the cleaning items. They also sanitize the chair after every person and before every person. I highly recommend! Shella is great! read more

Got my facial done here for the first time last week and it was the best facial ever. They studied my skin carefully and recommended an advanced facial best suited for my skin. Today is one week since I got my facial done and my skin feels clean, hydrated and I see reduction in the dark spots. Will definitely go back! read more

I Always get my eyebrows done here. But today I got a haircut. I'm always very anxious about getting haircuts because other salons never have time to listen to what I really want. They always rush me and then my haircut ends up being what I did not want. My experience in Anayah's was wonderful. P is the person to cut my hair. She was so nice and listened to my 10 minutes of explaining what I wanted and didn't want. She took her time and was very gentle. The haircut came out beautiful even my husband was in awe when I walked out. P is great and she will take care of your hair and listen to what you want! I highly recommend! read more

I am so disappointed!! I asked for a "CLEAN UP", "JUST a clean up" and instead the lady who did my eyebrows decided to NOT FOLLOW CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS and shape and thin my eyebrows! I have never had my eyebrows this thin before and I cried the rest of the day. I had a photo shoot to do later that day and had to cancel because of somebody not following simple instructions! Even AFTER she finished I still had to pay full price. After I told the lady "I've never had my eyebrows this thin", she goes and says "well they look better now"... I am beyond disappointed and still mad, my eyebrows take FOREVER to grow back and thanks to her I am no longer getting my eyebrows done! read more

Always a pleasure! Hina is amazing! All the women are amazing. Clean and beautiful establishment, will continue to go back.

Sofia did my brows and she listened to my request! I told her I like them as thick as possible and I just wanted them cleaned up. She did just that and offered to tint them. I was happy with the service and the price point was good, however, the tint only lasted 4 days. Maybe I should of sat with the gel on longer, dunno. read more

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded and showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows. I really just wanted them cleaned up. She made my eyebrows thin and VERY uneven. One eyebrow is higher than the other one. Now I have to walk around with noticeably uneven eyebrows until my eyebrows grow in completely. read more

I stopped in to get my eyebrows threaded. I was asked to sign in and if I wanted anyone in particular. I said anyone. Sophia did my brows - she did such an awesome job. She did them exactly how I wanted them. And they only charged $7 Im so used to paying more at other locations and never leave as satisfied as I did today after leaving Anayah's. I will be back - forever! I found my new favorite eyebrow girl. I recommend them to anyone who lives near this area and would like to try them out. You won't be disappointed. read more
