Claire is a skincare guru. I have acne prone skin currently on accutane and desperately needed a facial and I found claire through yelp. Claire took the time to explain to me which treatment she recommended and why. I went ahead with the herbal face mask for my active acne. She also explained each step as I was getting my facial and it was such a relaxing experience. I dozed off during parts of it. My face was glowing afterwards. Her studio is very clean and spacious and she has all types of cool innovative skincare tools and gadgets. She is Very knowledgeable when it comes to skin. UPDATE: Instead of attempting the resolve the dispute, this owner started the finger-pointing game with false statements. Attached is my eyebrow picture. She drew the end all the way down almost below my eyeball level, and tattoo it till the end. It was nightmare because I did that before my wedding photo shoot in Japan and I had no time to fix that (by fixing meaning laser out the end). I ended up having to cover that with heavy make up and photoshop. Treatment packages not showed on website is not client's problem. You offered packages of 6 to me for $1500 with 2 instalments under verbal agreement. I prepaid you half prior to package treatment and half after first treatment. I am in no position of taking advantages of you when you collected ALL my prepayment thru quick pay. You claimed that I owed you $125. You never indicate that in our previous iMessage conversation before you blocked me. This is a serious matter. Please show me your thorough cancelation policy in writing. IT WAS NOT INDICATED ON YOUR WEBSITE. Operating small business doesn't mean that you can make up policies in your own terms towards your own agenda. I have stated in my first review that the cancelation in January fell outside your '24 hour cancelation policy' as imessage time stamp notification showed more than 24 hours. I've tried many places for a Brazilian wax, and Claire is honestly the best! She uses wax with tea tree oil in it, so my skin is never irritated after a wax. I decided to stop getting synthetic mink lashes from a known lash chain just because the quality of service dramatically changed over the year I got my lash extensions done from them and because my real lashes were suffering and needed a break. I did my research and finally found Claire and I don't think I could ever go to anyone else ever again. I am PICKY when it comes to lashes. She explained to me the difference between synthetic and real mink lashes, let me feel the different textures to see if I wanted to make the switch to real mink (I did!), and then let me pick and also gave suggestions on lash lengths based on my eye shape and what she could do with what lashes I have left. She's a miracle worker. The next week I noticed a few fell out (Houston heat and from working out) and asked if she offered mini refills she told me to come in, and she refilled them on the house! I went for a full set of eyelashes for the first time here and I have to say that I really like how the right eye came out, however the left eye is looking really bad. Half of the eyelid has the lashes put lower than the other half and also less lashes.
