I was stoked for my first facial treatment and I've been doing my research for the best place to go... based on the 5-star 10 reviews, I took a chance and booked with Vilma and she was awesome. Got my microdermabrasion facial today and Vilma was sweet and knowledgeable.. we spoke throughout the treatment and she informed me on the steps. Thanks to a recommendation I found Vilma for my Brazilian/underarm/full leg waxing. She did very well being it was my first wax in a year, switching from shaving to wax, and she was very thorough. My natural hair growth is very coarse, and she executed my personal hair type on such a detailed level (Which I worried would be an issue-but not for her). Avoid at all costs. This is such a rip off! I went here based on the Yelp reviews but Vilma barely touched my face! She spent 20 mins massaging my hands, put a dime size amount of product on my face and didnt even massage it and went straight on to extracting blackheads on my nose. My skin was super dry and she was forcing the blackheads to come out and it HURT. When I brought it up to her, I was told she had been in the business for a long time and knew what she was doing. She even charged $10 extra for those painful extractions. I paid close to $90 for such a horrible experience. Please avoid at all costs! read more
