This was my first time at the establishment, and I didn't know the process. Two girls came in after me, and I let them know I was in line. It didn't matter because a lady told them to come sit in the chairs (they sat and waited for 2 or 3 minutes before this happened). I asked a lady that was sitting down if she was in line. She told me it was her first time as well. It took a customer in line to tell me to sign in on the key pad. The lady that ended up assisting me, Sunira noticed that I was there before the other two ladies. I told her that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned and she did an okay job. When I looked back in the mirror when she was finished I had something brown on my face. It was not there when I walked in! She wiped it and said she didn't have anything on her hands. I stopped by Saturday afternoon for waxing and threading services. According to Google reviews, the best people to see are Zubi, Sabin, Yasmin, Ash. They were a bit busy. When I checked in, I asked if any of providers I saw on Google were there and Sabin was! She was kind, gentle, and very attentive. I told her all of my areas of concern and she provided a plan for me. She threaded my brows, and waxed my armpits and chin. While I was waiting for her, I saw a lot of other people getting their eyebrows tinted. I was curious about the process so I asked and based on her response I was confident enough to try it. It was a great experience! My Biggest concern was the tint being too dark. Typically the darker you go, the longer the tint will last, but I had events that week and I didn't want my eyebrows looking crazy dark. I expressed that to Sabin she told me that she could give me a lighter tint that would look natural. I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect! It lasted me about ~ two weeks. If I have a period of time where I don't have to go out in the public thenmaybe I'll get the darker tint but the natural tint she did for me was great. I'll definitely be back! The waxing was quick and painless. Total I believe my visit cost me around 60 bucks including tip. They do sell products at the front and I was convinced to buy the wipes for my eyebrows. I don't really think they were necessary as you could just use a dental gentle napkin or cloth to wipe your brows daily. They are located in a smaller lot so parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a spot just fine. I had someone great for my eyebrow threading in Missouri City and went to her whenever I had to go see my orthodontist, but I got my braces taken off almost a year ago...soooo I stopped seeing my eyebrow lady. Since then, I have tried around 4 spots and didn't like any of them. I actually came here before around a year ago. I was told to ask for Asma, but I was in a hurry and just let someone else do my brows. It was terrible. I left looking like I had caterpillars crawling on my forehead. I vowed to never go back. I tried other places and was disappointed with them as well. One place even took an hour to do my eyebrows. I have no idea how or why, but it was ridiculous. I finally decided to give this place another try because I ended up seeing the lady who told me to ask for Asma at my job and her eyebrows were so nice. I sat in the chair and hoped that this would be my go to salon. After a few minutes of me clenching every body part I possibly could (I have a low tolerance for pain. Don't judge me) I looked in the mirror and wanted to leap for joy. My eyebrows looked perfect and have been that way since. I actually went last week and got them tinted. I'm hooked. Even my 10-year-old son, who gets in trouble constantly for not paying attention, told me he loved my eyebrows. I normally get my eyebrows threaded and lip waxed. First time here and disappointed...I wanted to try it out based on the reviews but Yasmeen left me with a disappointing experience. I was asked about getting a facial based on my "extremely" dry face. I politely declined being my first time I wanted just my eyebrows. After I declined the service, I felt like Yasmeen just didn't put any effort into my eyebrows. She just quickly finished and said "I'm done..." I was in shock she asked if I wanted a facial once again and I declined. I was confused why she was not adding aloe Vera, lotion or at least clean my brows with a tissue. Ok this rating is solely based on their customer service. Ever since I left my negative review earlier this week, the business owner left me a voicemail and a message on Yelp apologizing for my bad experience. He insisted I go back and either give them another shot; he was also happy to give me my money back. I went back today to accept the latter invitation, and the lady there was so kind to me. Honestly, I was a little scared/nervous about the encounter, but they sincerely apologized and mentioned that I was still welcome there at any time. She didn't ask me to take down the review, nor did she show any sort of hard feeling towards me. Like I mentioned in my previous review, I really do hope for the best of this salon. I went there for under arm wax. The girl there gayatri did her best (take hair out with tweezer after and applied wax couple times) but I think there wax quality was not good for under arms. This was my first time going to this place and I had not been able to find a good eyebrow threading place in a VERY long time, so I decided to try this place out after just reading reviews on here (Yelp). I was a bit nervous because I still didn't know what to expect. Again based on the reviews I requested Asma. There was a couple of people ahead of me in line but she was very fast to get to me next. She did my eyebrows just perfect! She also was super fast and so, so nice! I went in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind there was about 10-12 other people in there too. Horrible experience. I'll just stick with the facts. I walked in and was not greeted at all. There was one eyebrow technician with several clients waiting. She seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. Two technicians walked in about 20 minutes later and had a dispute about who would take the next client. Unfortunately, the lady that I received seemed like she did not want to do my eyebrows. I should have just left at this point. Silly me right? Well I stayed and the tech did a HORRIBLE job. I have extremely full eyebrows and asked for a simple "clean up" she made them thin on the sides, and basically created an angry bird arch. I was so upset. I couldn't even ask her to fix anything because she had already done them so thin. I paid, tipped(because I've been in the service industry and am wired that way) and left. Terrible experience! I had a very bad experience in Atlanta, GA. They really messed up my brow while I was on vacation there. Visiting SEVA, they have been working on letting the right hairs for my left brow grow back, while threading around it. i am very pleased with the work. Okay, So the owner called to apologize and based on this alone I am willing to be open minded and go back... which I have already done. I appreciate the care and attentiveness to call...thank you for that! Very upset.... I was a loyal customer up until yesterday. I went I for wax removal. The wait was 30 mins. I waited patiently. I went to Walmart to buy something and she calls my mobile to tell me it's going to be 15 more minutes. She had taken another wax customer before me. She knew I was there waiting. What pissed me off is that she's trying to tell me the customer had an appointment when we knew very well she did not. The most upsetting thing about my visit was the girl that was assisting me just did the most horrible job putting the tint on. She put tint on my skin where there's no hair whatsoever.
