A lot of free makeup products I never heard of so I googled them and they were all very top rated the plus plus was the customer service? The young lady that was helping me out was knowledgeable about the product. She also took a look at my skin a few times and made some recommendations. I would definitely go back. They have all the top popular products that are in affordable price. Note that a lot of similar products are also being sold at faceshop inside the hmart so compare prices well when buying if they overlap in products. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I first went to try a scrub, the staff member abruptly told me I had too much on the mini spatula and stood there watching me put some back, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Later, while I was browsing the Beauty of Joseon section, another staff member came behind me using a Swiffer and continued trying to sweep around me as if I was in the way. It felt rude and unprofessional mopping and sweeping around customers during shopping hours creates an unpleasant experience. The cashier at the register was polite, but by then my visit had already been soured. After driving 35 minutes to come here, I expected a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience, but instead I left disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location read more
