It didn't matter because a lady told them to come sit in the chairs (they sat and waited for 2 or 3 minutes before this happened). I asked a lady that was sitting down if she was in line. She told me it was her first time as well. It took a customer in line to tell me to sign in on the key pad. The lady that ended up assisting me, Sunira noticed that I was there before the other two ladies. I told her that I wanted my eyebrows cleaned and she did an okay job. When I looked back in the mirror when she was finished I had something brown on my face. It was not there when I walked in! She wiped it and said she didn't have anything on her hands. I am not sure if I will return. I didn't like the initial customer service.

When I checked in, I asked if any of providers I saw on Google were there and Sabin was! She was kind, gentle, and very attentive. I told her all of my areas of concern and she provided a plan for me. She threaded my brows, and waxed my armpits and chin. While I was waiting for her, I saw a lot of other people getting their eyebrows tinted. I was curious about the process so I asked and based on her response I was confident enough to try it. It was a great experience! My Biggest concern was the tint being too dark. Typically the darker you go, the longer the tint will last, but I had events that week and I didn't want my eyebrows looking crazy dark. I expressed that to Sabin she told me that she could give me a lighter tint that would look natural. I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect! It lasted me about ~ two weeks. If I have a period of time where I don't have to go out in the public thenmaybe I'll get the darker tint but the natural tint she did for me was great. I'll definitely be back! The waxing was quick and painless. Total I believe my visit cost me around 60 bucks including tip. They do sell products at the front and I was convinced to buy the wipes for my eyebrows. I don't really think they were necessary as you could just use a dental gentle napkin or cloth to wipe your brows daily. They are located in a smaller lot so parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a spot just fine. The place itself was clean and they have about eight seats for services and a long bench in the waiting area for guest.

I don't normally have acne, but people started noticing how one side of my face was just a problem. I wasn't originally stressed and I didn't have a specific side of my face that I slept on so I didn't know why that was happening. It ended up stressing me out which made it worse. I tried Paula's Choice clear extra strength exfoliator to clear it up which it temporarily did. Once the redness went away, I realized there was a deep blackhead that I assumed was causing the redness. I tried popping it but I couldn't get the head of it out so it persisted. In desperation, I went here to get a professional extraction. Disclaimer though, if you're expecting one of those extractions you see on Tiktok, you might not get that here. Cienna didn't believe in puncturing or damaging the skin, so she used two Q tips to pop things on my face. It did a good enough job, I still had blackheads on my nose but my biggest concern was that problem area on the right side of my face. The after pictures were taken within a week after my appointment and my face cleared up considerably even after those pics. Currently, I am about two weeks post-appointment and the problem area is hardly even there. Cienna was also not able to get the head of the blackhead out, but her massaging my face flattened it some. On top of that, since my pores were open from the steam, when I got home, I put a pimple patch on the problem area and it sucked everything out of there! Although I didn't get the tiktok extraction I was hoping for, Cienna made up for it by giving me advice on my current skin care routine and customized the facial to specifically tackle any problems my skin was having, which was specifically dryness. My face felt refreshed and hydrated for the following week. And this was all with the cheapest facial offered so I can't imagine the better ones. I highly recommend, although I personally want each and every pore extracted so I might try to find a different place.

Do not recommend for acne scars/microneedling…read more My partner had a consult with Dina and we asked a lot of questions and showed the area that would need microneeedling. We received pricing and we booked for our initial treatment appt with their help for $400. On our initial treatment with Ashleye, they said they could not proceed with treatment and also gave double the price of $800 if we wanted to get it done. In summary: -our initial consult provided us misinformation of treatment and price. -we couldn't get treatment even though they told us we could. This is an inconvenience to us since we had to coordinate work schedules to make this appt work. -they didn't offer any discount or credit for the misinformation or inconvenience. It really takes a lot to do the first step to correct acne scars and it sucks that we got misinformation on treatment and pricing. We were looking forward to taking the first step to clearer skin but feel the lack on consistency between the workers means we are not getting the best service or treatment plans. It's like if you went to doctor and they scheduled you for surgery, then the day of your surgery they said they can not do it and said it would be double the price. I just wish we knew from our initial consult instead of wasting our time. I hope this helps anybody!

I needed to find someone new, although I have a pretty extensive skincare routine, and I use sunscreen everyday, applying every two hours as recommended. I am however 46 currently and need all the help I can get. I had searched several estheticians, and always found myself coming back to Candace. Her salon is very easy to find, clean, comfortable, and she is most passionate and professional about her personal attention and recommendations for the health and appearance of your skin. As this was my first visit, she evaluated the current state of my skin, and made recommendations based on what I said my concerns were, and her overall evaluation. I had several milia I needed extracted, in addition to exfoliation and skin texture improvement. Obviously immediately after treatment you're a bit irritated and need to heal, so the results took a couple of weeks for me to see, but my skin looks amazing even after the first visit. I can't wait to see the continued improvements with additional visits. If you're on the fence or not sure, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with Candace. She is worth every penny, and for reference I'm an African American woman, so she can work with and is knowledgeable about any skin.

I was looking for a massage parlor that offered couples massages in our area and I booked at this…read morelocation because it had good reviews. However, after visiting the location I discovered they are masters of the "bait and switch" pricing scheme. When we arrived, May, took us to the couple's room. When I returned she advised me they offered three types of massages and that the AcuQi was the best one. The way it was presented made it seem like it was one of three types included in the package I already paid a deposit for. She then mentioned that hot stones could be added and when I asked how much she said $15 per person for one area. I agreed to pay the extra for the hot stone massage. When it was time to check out I was advised that we could save $10 if we left a 5-star review on Google before we left, hence the good ratings because they are giving you a $10 "discount". After I wrote the review, she advised me that we owed $160 minus the $10 for the review so we owed $150 on top of the $80 deposit we already paid. She said the AcuQi massage was $110 per person but as you can see from the screenshot it's listed as $90 per person on the website. The couples massage is listed as $130 but I was charged $160, as you can see from the screenshots. They also charge you a 3.95% fee for using a credit card but there is no fee if you use Venmo or Zelle. She never rung anything up on a cash register and gave me my total on a Post-it note. The fact that they are using Venmo and Zelle and not tracking their charges leads me to believe they are NOT paying their taxes or reporting their sales accurately. DO NOT use this place because they are dishonest. A potential client called while we were waiting and she pushed the AcuQi massage on her telling her it was the best they offered. I forgot to mention my massage was horrible! He used heavy pressure even after I asked him to lighten up.
