I've always wanted an anklet and it felt like it was finally time to get one. She said it takes only a few minutes and told me to speak with Vi, the owner. Vi told me she can't and won't do it because she's worried it'd fall apart in a few days and that instead, I should have Vivian do it because she does a fabulous job with permanent jewelry. I like how Vi cares about the quality and the longevity of her services. (+100 Points for being ethical and truthful!) Some places only care about taking customer's money and call it a day. Vivian wasn't scheduled to be in for the day, but she immediately came by when she heard I was interested.(More points for being so flexible!) While I was waiting, Vi was helping me pick out the chains and charms. I had questions regarding the type of metal as I'm pretty picky with jewelry and hate when things just rust and tarnish after like a month. And especially with something being "permanent", I wanted to make sure it will stand the test of time. Vi dealt with my never-ending questions and even helped me arrange the charms as she and I both know how super indecisive I am. Vivian came in and got to work right away. She was very meticulous with the placements of the charms to make sure everything looks perfect. After placing it on my ankle, Vi came out to take a look and suggested for it to be cut shorter/tighter for aesthetic purposes as well as practicality--she didn't want it to be too loose where it'd get caught in things. Vivian was super professional and even though she had to remove it off my ankle and do a re-do, she again, was very careful and took her time to make sure everything is in place. And now--I finally have an anklet! A super cute one that screams me, and it's also permanent! I stand proud having something "permanent" on me because I still can't commit to a tattoo. Maybe one day. Instead of charging me for a one week fill with foreign lash fee, they charged me for a 6 week fill!! Even the tech told me that wasn't right.. The second time I came back the tech was struggling, it felt like she spent more time ungluing my lashes from the pad then actually doing my lashes. When I got home, I noticed she had CUT a third of my bottom lashes because she didn't cover them with the pad correctly. And the last time, I was told I didn't have an appointment, when I showed the tech my text confirmation she said the tech is on her way she was over 30 minutes late and finished a full set in about 40 minutes. I had showed the tech a picture from THEIR yelp page of what I wanted and my lashes looked nothing like it. Then she said "let me check your profile" because my biggest complaint was the length. She used 14/15s when I get 19/20s.. and she said oh ,ok. So she tried to add longer lashes in, four times she took off the pads thinking she was done but I kept saying they are too short and look nothing like the picture. I finally gave up. She glued lashes on top of lashes so now I have thick clumps of glue along my lash line that are too heavy for my lashes. The longer lashes look messy and out of place. I reached out via email thre days later to get this rectified but I haven't received a response.

The 3rd person, I will not name names, I refuse to use because twice I've used her and most of my lashes fall out every time with her so I said no. Set my appt for my regular stylist the following week. Well... they informed me I will be penalized and they will charge me extra even though this is NOT MY FAULT! I'm so over them constantly expecting their customers to accommodate them but they won't bend one bit for us. BAD customer service! I have no problem making my scheduled date it is THEM that are making the changes. I called to tell them to cancel my membership if they plan to penalize me and that they better not take 1 more payment from my card again! They didn't hesitate one bit to say ok have a nice day! Must be nice to be able shed customers like it doesn't matter to them. It is really a shame that customers aren't appreciated much anymore. I told her all of my areas of concern and she provided a plan for me. She threaded my brows, and waxed my armpits and chin. While I was waiting for her, I saw a lot of other people getting their eyebrows tinted. I was curious about the process so I asked and based on her response I was confident enough to try it. It was a great experience! My Biggest concern was the tint being too dark. Typically the darker you go, the longer the tint will last, but I had events that week and I didn't want my eyebrows looking crazy dark. I expressed that to Sabin she told me that she could give me a lighter tint that would look natural. I was a bit nervous, but it was perfect! It lasted me about ~ two weeks. If I have a period of time where I don't have to go out in the public thenmaybe I'll get the darker tint but the natural tint she did for me was great. I'll definitely be back! The waxing was quick and painless. Total I believe my visit cost me around 60 bucks including tip. They do sell products at the front and I was convinced to buy the wipes for my eyebrows. I don't really think they were necessary as you could just use a dental gentle napkin or cloth to wipe your brows daily. They are located in a smaller lot so parking can be tricky, but I was able to find a spot just fine. The place itself was clean and they have about eight seats for services and a long bench in the waiting area for guest.

They smiled, welcomed me, answered my questions and helped me get registered before I was escorted to my private session by a licensed lash stylist. - Session Once I got into my suite, I was very comfortable on the cushioned massage table as the stylist briefly discussed what types of lashes I was getting before she started to work her magic. It took about 1 hour for her to get done and I definitely took a quick nap because it was so relaxing and after she was done she gave me a mirror to check out her work and I must say, those lashes were really amazing. They provided 4 style options of lashes and I chose the Gorgeous style. This style gave me longer, fuller and thicker eyelash extensions along my entire lash line. It was my first time coming to this location based on local mom reviews. The service was extremely quick which was the first red flag. I got eye classic lash extensions, eyebrow wax and henna tint and everything was done in less than 1 hour. I was told not to wet my face for 48 hours and no contacts. Which I followed. That night some lashes started to shed. After the 48 hours I washed my lashes with lash foaming wash and a special brush for this. I used a fan and the brush they gave me to brush/ fluff them out. Many lashes came off that day. Every single day lashes come off which is to be expected but my own lashes are also falling off with them and now my own lashes are almost non existent. I have never had this happen at other salons. I know lashes are supposed to fall off but not at this level. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend.
