I have been a loyal customer for at least 5 yrs. When I tell you that this company is seriously lacking customer service skills that is no joke. I spend good money there, and they are constantly asking their customers to reschedule due to either them running late or not being available at all. I make all my appointments a year in advance. You would think they would appreciate me as a good loyal customer. But, today was the last straw. My stylist won't be available for my next appt nor will the default 2nd choice be available. The 3rd person, I will not name names, I refuse to use because twice I've used her and most of my lashes fall out every time with her so I said no. Set my appt for my regular stylist the following week. Well... they informed me I will be penalized and they will charge me extra even though this is NOT MY FAULT! I'm so over them constantly expecting their customers to accommodate them but they won't bend one bit for us. BAD customer service! I have no problem making my scheduled date it is THEM that are making the changes. I called to tell them to cancel my membership if they plan to penalize me and that they better not take 1 more payment from my card again! They didn't hesitate one bit to say ok have a nice day! Must be nice to be able shed customers like it doesn't matter to them. It is really a shame that customers aren't appreciated much anymore. Update.. on the 4th day it all went downhill. Every time I'd brush my lashes tons would fall out. Till this day the shedding hasn't stopped. (I've included a picture of my shedding the 4th & 5th days.) I contacted Wonderlash & they said they could do a mini refill for $45. That's almonds the same as a regular refill, only 4 days in ?? Then I'd end up spending more then I typically would & would have already paid for a full set after my regular refill. No thanks. There's absolutely no reason I should be loosing this many lashes so soon. This Saturday is my 2 week & I've lost so many lashes that I'm getting a fill. Not here obviously. Very poor customer service, Ive gotten lashes for years but my regular lady moved far away & I wanted someone in the area. I will update this review with the name of someone who is amazing at lashes once I find them. I'd skip this place, there's a reason this place has so many negative reviews regarding customer service.. they have none!! First Review ... Erika was highly recommend through a friend. She was friendly & did exactly what I wanted. They offered lash upgrades to more intense yet lighter lashes for $30. I personally think that's too expensive for an upgrade.. $10-$15 I would understand. It's been 3 days & I've hardly lost any lashes. UPDATE: On Saturday I posted one star; the service I received that day was not an overall good experience . Later that night Ni the owner immediately messaged me to rectify the issue; even opening the shop on Sunday when they are closed for me. She corrected the issue in a pain free, timely manner, and apologized for the service and quality I had been given on Saturday. She reassured me that she would retrain the lash tech and make sure that this never happens again. She also returned my tip. And was just a sweet understanding person. I now can say that I am a SATISFIED customer. *********************************************** 1 I need to speak to a manager immediately. First off I paid over $100 plus tip for these eyelashes that are atrocious!!! Secondly the woman who did them smelled like smoke the whole time and hurt my eyelashes because she kept getting them tangled in the glue. I just got these done today at 4 PM! They are supposed to be volume lashes but look like a tangled mess of classics. I have a lot of natural lashes and told the lash tech I wanted volume lashes! This is not it! My eyes burned from the glue and i couldn't see that well at the shop and Looking at it at home today would like this to be immediately corrected and my tip money back. Bad customer service! They got me into signing up for their membership after my second visit with them. I called before my next scheduled appointment to let them know I wanted to cancel since I wanted to take a break from getting the extensions which was causing my own eyelashes to fall. The girl I spoke to said not a problem, the membership has been canceled and you won't be charged anything. Well not exactly, the following month I get charged again. I call and the person that answers this time says your membership was never cancelled, and I'm like WTF?!. She goes on telling me she is going to place me on a "cancellation list", really?.. so I asked how do I know for sure that this time the membership will be cancelled, and she says once it's done I will give you a call. So I ask her, how long will it take? And she replies a month.. WTF?!.. last, she tells me there is a $45.99 cancellation fee, which was the same amount they had charged me. So that it will cover it. So no, I was not offered to get my money back and two, I still don't know if they're gonna try to charge my card again next month. Word of advice, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER!! Ps: I hope they don't try to delete this review. And plstay away from them! One of their employee's got covid, they canceled my appointment the same day, which I appreciate, But I didn't feel comfortable going back because covid is so rampant right now. They had already withdrew my payment but wouldn't refund. They told me I would have a credit. I explained to the receptionist that I wasn't comfortable coming back. Got my lashes done Thursday they were coming off same day, I am currently on vacation so not wearing makeup so it wasn't me over washing my face or anything. I called Sunday morning bc they were falling into my eye's and looked like I had them on for weeks. The allowed me to come back for a fix. Today Wed, same thing I called bc I basic have no lashes and was told I would have to pay. I have never had this happen my lashes usually last they just grow out and of course you loose some but not all of them. The glue they use is not good. This was a complete waste of money. Bad customer service and miscommunication. Whatever you do make sure you know the pricing before you take the service. I was lead to believe that this business was about keeping their customers instead of ripping them off. Her receptionist lied to me and up charged me for a refill and on top of that charged me another 45 for my membership. Total they charged me 140 for a refill a refill. I told the receptionist to charge me the 45 to cancel my membership if they wouldn't make an exception for me missing my deadline instead she lied and when I got there they still charged me 95. The owner didn't want to do anything but dismiss my experience. So Just know it's all smiles until they mess up all they care about is your money. Never again read more

Though my full set of lash looked nice after Veronica did them, within a week 30-40% of the lashes had fallen out. I made sure not get them wet for the 48 hrs rule as well. The mgr eventually called me back but wasn't flexible or reasonable with providing a correction on the lashes after I spent $90 at the studio for the initial full set. Very unsatisfied and awful customer service! I don't recommend this studio any longer. It's gone downhill since it first opened up. It's sad that the mgr. didn't value a repeat customer's business and one that referred other customers to her. read more

I had an overall great experience. I made an 2 appointments about a week ahead and was able to get in on Good Friday in the morning. I did get a call to reschedule due to the lash artist "no longer being with them" but they were able to get me in around 11:50-12pm. They offered to call me if a cancellation arose (which no one cancelled). I like that they call the day before to remind you of your appointment (which I like). While my sister went with her lash artist to get her lashes done I waited and I was put with Robin and she walked me through the entire process. At first it was a bit uncomfortable but that quickly went away. Robin is a great lash artist!!! My lashes came out great and I have gotten so many compliments. I plan on continuing with Wonderlash Studio. They are amazing!!!! read more

I love Ni, she is very good at her job but the costumer service I got today wasn't right. I understand the policy about having appointments and sticking to them but today I was very busy and had to cancel my eye lash appointment. They were very rude about it and told me I was "blocked" from ever coming back. When I asked what that meant they simply said "I can not give you any more appointments" this was very shocking. I am so disappointed to report that this salon is not very accommodating and strongly lack customer service. This place is right by my house and I heard good things so I was excited to give them my business. The first stylist I ever had at this salon was rude, constantly late and had an attitude problem. The second stylist I had did a pretty good job with the extensions but my eyes burned the whole time she did my refill, she was kind and tried to make my eyes comfortable but the next three days my eyes were bloodshot red and I couldn't wear my contacts which is inconvenient and not acceptable. I've been getting extension for years and have never had this issue until the two times I saw this stylist. I've also been to this salon before and didn't have this issue. I tried contacting management seven different times and even stopped by to get a resolution such as trying a different glue. I had a refill appointment scheduled with the same stylist and when they called to confirm the appointment, I accepted. After talking to a non-management level associate on the phone I explained that I would really like to speak to the manager before my appointment. The manager called me while I was at work and when I called back literally three minutes later she was with a client so I wasn't able to speak to her. She left me a voicemail apologizing and said that nobody gave her my message until the day prior so basically it took seven tries to get my message over to the manager which is not acceptable. When she called me back again, I was in a work meeting and since I didn't answer (I called back as soon as I could, sorry for having a job) they decided to just cancel my appointment without my consent since I had mentioned I wanted to "talk to her before my appointment" and wasn't going to be able to due to her busy schedule. You don't EVER just cancel someone's appointment that they booked weeks in advance and already confirmed. For clarification, I was just saying that I would LIKE to talk to a manager before my appointment, I did not ever say that I was not coming to my appointment if I didn't talk to a manager first. I'm sorry, that's absolutely unacceptable customer service especially on top of the HUGE inconvenience I've already gone through. I have a vacation this weekend which is why I left my appointment for today out of complete desperation and my eye lashes look AWFUL, it's embarrassing.
