Winn is super friendly and very knowledgeable and asked me questions to get a sense of the look I wanted. I went with medium length lashes that would work for every day. The whole process took about an hour. The space is very quiet and relaxing. I came close to dozing off! After I got my lashes done ,I got my eyebrows waxed by another esthetician and that took roughly 10 mins. I am obsessed with my lashes and the quality! Never exactly what I ask for but I never wanted to sit and complain and waste time trying to get things exactly right. But I cannot be silent any longer and will no longer be coming here. I went in November for the first time in ten months for lashes. I showed her what I wanted, then I showed her what I DIDN'T want. I was told I needed the volume lashes. I don't know a thing about the different kinds of lashes so I said ok sure you're the professional. I get up to see my lashes were EXACTLY what I DIDN'T want. I do not like the fluffy look and volume is exactly that. She told me she could try to fix it. It still wasn't good because it was the total wrong type of lash (I later learned). So she told me to come back and she'll fix it when she had more time. So I went back a few days later and she completely removed the lashes and used faux mink which is what I normally use! It was much better and closer to what I asked for. But I was never refunded the price difference. I realized this and was told they wouldn't refund me the difference but would keep the credit on my account for when I went back to apply to a refill. Four weeks later I go in for a refill. I used my little coupon card I'd had for over a year because I hardly go, it was 20% off after 5 visits. They charged me 65$. Before tip. I thought it was odd because it seemed more than what it should be with my 20% AND 20$ credit. I even asked the girl if she saw the credit on my account to use and she said yes. I went home and didn't have time during the holidays to check the prices. But I did today and had to call right away. I asked what I was charged for specifically. They said 75$ faux mink refill. She told me they used 10$ credit because they no longer do 20% off after five visits, they do 10$. She never told me that when I was paying. Then she told me the 20$ credit was not used and was still on my account. She then talked to her boss, Sydney, who told her I can use it next time I go in. Um no. I won't be going in again. I talked to Sydney before my refill about being overcharged for volume/lashes I never wanted and she was the one who accredited 20$ to my account and told me to use it towards my refill. And now she changed her words and said "you can only use it with the girl who initially did your lashes". She is really trying to rip me off to spend more money there to avoid refunding me what I was overcharged. I'm REALLY not someone who complains or rants or fights for anything when it comes to business but this is insane and wrong. I'll never go back. They will be reported to the BBB and yeah just trying to warn people. PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BEING CHARGED THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND DON'T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR IGNORANCE. The two stars is for there last person who did my refill she was SO FAST and good and even the other girl they are friendly but watch out for being sold on something you don't actually need bc or want.

I knew Nancy was different when she told me my lashes were a pretty good length for Asian lashes. So far I've liked every rod shape she's tried on me. Recommend adding on a tint, it is worth it in my opinion. A lift takes about an hour.

I live in San Antonio, but made the trip because there just wasn't anyone here that had as good of work as Tiffany. I came with my friends and she was able to do 3 of us in one day! Two of us did microblading and the other one did ombré. Since it was 3 of us, Tiffany used her time wisely so that we weren't stuck there forever waiting. She mapped out the brows one of us, numbed the area, and while one of us was waiting for the numbing cream to kick in, she mapped someone else's brows. I feel like the brow mapping took longer than the actual microblading because Tiffany is such a perfectionist. She really wants to make your brows twins (which is almost naturally impossible lol), but Tiffany makes it possible!!! She played around with the shapes and asked what I preferred, but also made suggestions that compliment my face shape. Tiffany also looked at my friend (with a darker complexion) and straight up told her that microblading would be a waste of her money and that she should do ombré. She's so honest and won't take your money or let you waste your money on something that isn't going to last. Honesty and decency is hard to find nowadays, and Tiffany is the sweetest and most honest business person I have met. I LOVE my brows and cannot wait for them to heal and see their full potential!

I found a Groupon deal and started going to their Spring location, which was the first site. I have been a loyal client ever since and have recommended many friends and coworkers. The owner, Erik, is super nice. I chat with him at the Spring location, but he oversees both with scheduling and will call me in case there's time that I can come in earlier. Ever since they opened the Katy location a couple years ago, one of my favorite eyelash technicians relocated here. I see Jennie about once a month for a full set. I lie back in the recliner with a blanket, and she works her magic. She's very careful, and I can barely feel her working on them as she's replacing the lashes or adding each individual lash. I take great care of my lashes, so they last me a long time. I often get compliments because they look natural, which is what I love and why I keep going back to them. Plus, they are Asian-owned, so I feel like they understand my eyes. People of all ethnic backgrounds do come to both locations though! I love having them because I look alive even without makeup or if I'm sick. Lol. I stopped wearing foundation over the pandemic anyway, so it's not much. I commute 30-35 minutes to either location, but I do like the light touch Jennie has and prefer to see her. The price point is cheaper than most eyelash places. A full set is $89.99, which is over 4 weeks. If you do 2-4 week refills, it's even cheaper than that. I highly recommend Emlash for eyelash extensions. They also do eyebrows and facials, but I don't get that done here.
