But what I love, is the red light therapy I am recovering from massive surgery, kidney transplant, praise God, and I daily can see a difference that 20 minutes in that red light bed makes. Her manager, Bryan, is welcoming and professional. At Tanning Zone, you are a person, not a membership or a client number. They stock the best lotions, are knowledgeable about each type of bed, the beds are clean, and bulbs are new. There is a full-sized red light therapy bed (which I've put to great use after a couple of major surgeries). They offer a stand-up spray booth and if THAT'S not enough, Tanning Zone has a great relationship with another professional who will come in and apply a customized spray tan. There are no sign-up fees, no cancelation fees, and Ashley always offers specials or promotions throughout the year. There is a reason why Tanning Zone has been around for over 20 years. I asked her could she just do my eyelashes and refund me the remaining balance and she immediately said no refunds. She doesn't accept credit cards either. So i then tried to make a appointment to finish the job and she said she'd get back with me and never did. Not recommended! 9 days into the extensions and they're almost all gone, including my own lashes!…read more My lashes are ruined after getting eye lash extensions here. It was my first time coming to this location based on local mom reviews. The service was extremely quick which was the first red flag. I got eye classic lash extensions, eyebrow wax and henna tint and everything was done in less than 1 hour. I was told not to wet my face for 48 hours and no contacts. Which I followed. That night some lashes started to shed. After the 48 hours I washed my lashes with lash foaming wash and a special brush for this. I used a fan and the brush they gave me to brush/ fluff them out. Many lashes came off that day. Every single day lashes come off which is to be expected but my own lashes are also falling off with them and now my own lashes are almost non existent. I have never had this happen at other salons. I know lashes are supposed to fall off but not at this level. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend.
