Spray lasted a day or so, the waxing ROUGH AF. I originally found her through Groupon. When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

If you need to freeze your account or cancel make sure you do it by the 25th because of you are a day late they will not do anything to help you. I had been looking for a manager for 3 days to freeze my membership because I'm pregnant and on the 26th they charged me a whole months worth! I called the district customer service number and she was rude as well. They said there was nothing they could do. So basically charging me $65 for a month of NOTHING and wouldn't save a credit to my account for after I have my baby or anything. Didn't offer credits for anything like Malibu Tan had when I had my first child. They just kept saying "the contract you signed". I get that but you're a business and you could have at least offered a credit to insure I come back, especially since I had been trying to cancel for 3 days already. This place does not want or apparently need anyone's business. Disappointing that this is how they treat long standing customers.

It's also so convenient for me to be able to get my spray tan done in my own home. Alicia also did my makeup for my engagement photos, bridal shower, bridal portraits and wedding.
